      ******* Stairlifts gets 5 stars and more in my world. I needed it installed quickly and efficiently. The *** came and explained explicitly everything I needed to know. The schedule to install went smoothly and the technician who instructed me and made it all work was knowledgeable and pleasant. I vouch for ******* Stairlift as an excellent company.

      Excellent service, from start to finish every step is well thought through. The sales person responded quickly to my inquiry, came to the house, took measurements discussed all options and gave me an all inclusive quote right away. The installation was performed by a very knowledgeable technician (***** *.) Everything went smoothly with the highest attention to detail. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. I am very happy with the installation, it looks nice and clean and the product works well. Everyone I talked to was very helpful. Great service. I highly recommend them.

      Service tech , very nice and informed but getting service was a nightmare. Our chair stopped working on a Saturday. Called for service but was put in a que. missed a call back on Sunday. I returned the call but was told no one called me. Left all information with answering service but never got a call back. I had to call again on Monday. First available service appointment was Wednesday. I made arrangements to have someone at house. Got a call on Tuesday saying my appointment was Thursday. I was very upset. The chair is for my ************************************ her upstairs with no way to get down. It was 90 and no AC She had to wait 5 days for emergency service. She is unable to walk making getting her downstairs very difficult. She also requires oxygen which was not available where she was stranded. No one should have to wait for emergency service yet alone an elderly disabled person. This company should have emergency services. Very poor service in an emergency situation

      At this time, weekend service is not available in our Pennsylvania service area. We recognize this may be frustrating and appreciate you bringing it to our attention your input helps us evaluate potential service improvements in the future.

      According to our records, the issue may have been resolved promptly during your initial call on Monday; however, our agent was unable to proceed with troubleshooting as you declined to continue the process. Additionally, during a later call, the conversation became difficult due to the use of inappropriate language when we attempted to adjust the appointment time.

      We are committed to providing respectful and effective support, and we ask that communication remains courteous so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

      In response to your response, there was never any inappropriate language. There was also never any attempt to resolve the problem on Monday because it was impossible to do phone service as I was not at that location. When I spoke on Monday after I had not received any call back from the weekend, I was given a Wednesday appointment. then on Tuesday I was called saying my appointment time was going to be moved back on Thursday. I questioned that. Because I was told Wednesday initially so there was an error on your clerical. You are saying you are sorry for any inconvenience, but you need to understand that this is a medical device basically. These chairs are for people that are unable to be mobile and ambulate up and down stairs. So when a chair breaks on a Saturday a 90 year old woman should not have to wait until Thursday to have emergency service. That is more than an inconvenience.

      Technicians were prompt, attentive to our concerns and fully addressed the issues with both chairs. Very tidy and polite too. They provided very good explanations of what was needed, and what they were doing. Thank you. The chair systems and customer support are top rate.

      Chris was very professional and friendly. He explained everything regarding the Chair and how we can take care of it, he even added additional help as far as how to clean the chair rail’s so it can run and last longer, also Chris did extra maintenance that was not done at the time of service. Thank you so much for your great Company, and happy to do business with you.
