      **** ***** was a super nice technician that came to my home and fixed my stair lift chair. Was also very friendly. Was able to answer all my questions. Very satisfied.

      **** was prompt and professional. Quickly diagnosed problem and made necessary repair. He checked chair to make sure everything else was in good working order. I was very pleased with his work.

      He was polite, courteous friendly and professional. He was fantastic! The comment below is for the service cost and doesnt reflect the maintenance mechanic. As to the cost of service of $345 for untangling the wires because I live in ************** is very unfair it should be the same cost across the board As to the quality I am very satisfied.

      The Stannah service *** was here yesterday. He did a great job. We needed the battery ***laced on our stair chair. He did that along with some additional maintenance. He arrived on time and was well mannered and pleasant. Happy with the service!

      Outstanding service from Stannah and our installer *****. He called before he arrived, worked around other things going on in and around the house, was very polite, and patiently went through a thorough explanation of the operation and features of the stairlift. We are 100% satisfied!
