      My outdoor stairlift has unfortunately been having a lot of issues, but the maintenance *************** has come out and fixed it every time. He's great, fast and professional.

      I installed the chairlift for my father and we are both very pleased. It has given him confidence going up & downstairs and given me peace of mind to not worry as I watched him prior. Aside from the footrest button not working consistently, I highly recommend for anyone to make the investment.

      My chair kept stopping, called for service and the man came out 4-25-24, and said it was the battery, I said. "I just put new batterys in 7-31-23." they are suppose to last 3-5 years, this one only lasted 9 months, they sold me a DEFECTIVE BATTERY, he then charged me $210.00 for the service charge, my husband called the company and they told him the your charged for the service man to come out to your house, I wouldn't have called for service if they didn't sell me a DEFECTIVE BATTERY!

      I had a Stannah Chairlift a couple of weeks ago. I was very satisfied with the installation by ***********************. He was very personable, knowledgeable, & very neat. He was thorough in explaining how to use the chairlift.

      My dad purchased a stair lift and it was refurbished we haven't had them installed for that long and we have had problems with it and I called about it and the tech told me how to fix it. After that conversation, I still had problems my dad called the tech to report it and he NEVER returned the call. Then, yesterday I wanted to go upstairs and chair did not work, we called the person that sold us the chair he called the tech and the tech called me and we trouble shoot it well my word was not good so the person who sold us the stairs came out trouble shoot it AGAIN and realized that the batteries are DEAD!!!!! I am so unhappy about this whole situation and I feel that they should replace it free of charge with a NEW chair!!! The supervisor tech was suppose to call and never did and now the stairs aren't getting fixed! I am stuck downstairs and needing desperately to go upstairs. The salesman said that the tech was going to call my dad NEVER did! Oh and they don't have a tech REALLY!!!?????!!!!

      The last straw!!Never been happy with this - It finally fell apart and is blocking my cellar exit. This has to be the most poorly engineered and cheaply constructed thing we had ever bought. I got it for my late wife and since I am approaching 85 I kept it here. The foot rest had failed for the third time about a year ago (we didn't try to operate it with weight on it) and I decided nobody knew how to fix it so I never called it in, The seat cover and the foot rest cover are falling off, the right seat rotation adjustment lever broke off, the safety switches are often intermittent and the hard stops work sometime fall off and leave the chair half way up or down. I refused to spend any more money on it.The last straw was this morning when it jumped the track when I was on it and pitched me off,and some plastic pieces fell off from somewhere and now it is stuck and half tipped over. It cost us nearly $5,000 for about a year of trouble free operation.Is this thing for real???.I just want it gone and I wont pay a nickel to see it gone. Enough is enough!!!!******************************* Oct 18 update:Their promises mean absolutely nothing. No one has called or visited as promised me. (see last response) I called again and described its' dead condition after it had jumped off the track. I was curtly told that that nothing would be done until I paid more money. We had to go into **** to buy this thing. Sp now It's blocking my basement stairs. I have to crawl around it every time I have to go down or do my laundry or buy groceries assisted by two canes.. They won't come out to fix it because I refused to pay the last bill which didn't solve anything.. My experience with this company has been a complete disaster. Take my advice and go elsewhere. Their letters and promises mean absolutely nothing. Don't be fooled by these companies that take advantage of us elderly and handicapped and pacify us with soothsaying replies here..
