      The overall service from **** has been excellent and he is always helpful and informative. The problem seems to be with the parts and it's unfortunate that we always have to call him to fix the lift.

      Showed up on time. Repaired the major issue - batteries. Did a complete review of the system - finding a few pending problems which were repaired. Made sure the stair lift worked correctly. Down to business, polite and friendly.

      The Sales person was nice and explained the product and payment process very well. We paid $1048.75 deposit on our credit card.Our installer, *****, was excellent. He kept everything very clean and neat. Pleasant to meet and work with. We paid $629.25 by check to him.We are feeling hopeful about our purchase.

      **** was fantastic. This was a maintenance call and he took his time to check everything and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He found several minor adjustments that were needed and made each one. Just a wonderful experience
