      Shady business practice. Yes they save you money but the do not detail what the term of saving money is. Nor will they tell you exactly how you will be billed or charged till after the services. Do not use this service you.

      Been trying to get in touch with them regarding my ******* bill. Supposedly they reduced it by $70 so they are charging me $28. I called *******, they have no record of communication with BILLSHARK. Tried sending BILLSHARK emails to respond to me....total silence. Tried logging in and requesting new password assistance....again, total silence. I am ****** at MINT for advertising them and have ripped them a new one about it. MINTS response: we aren't responsible for our advertisers. (Side note: I am thisclose to sending the *** of MINT an email about BILLSHARK and a few other misleading ads they run.)

This is because it does not benefit Providers for us to save our mutual customers money. When we negotiate on our customers behalf, we do not explain that we are "Billshark." Unfortunately, we are not able to control what a Provider notes on an account. When this customer signed up for our services through Mint, it did not create a full login in our systems. If they sign up at the Billshark.com Customer Portal, and create an account using the same email that they used with Mint, this will sync all of their account information.We did email this customer on 1/11/23, which they responded to. Billshark does guarantee our savings, and this customer has not yet been charged for our invoice.

      Scam! They negotiate even after you asked not to proceed. They still bill you after you have made changes to your own bill to reflect that you have cancelled their negotiations. Terrible company, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

      This business is a scam. We used them to help lower ADT bill. They claimed they got down to $14.99, but every document sent was showing higher. ADT finally contacted us about why it wasn't getting paid, and when we told them ************** was in discussions, they said they never spoke with anyone from bill shark and that they would be happy to negotiate directly with us. So my wife got our bill down ourselves, and then we receive a bill from ************** for $250. When we ask what this was for, they said for saving you money, which they never did or never even attempted to speak with ADT. Don't use this company as it's a scam.

      Its an absolute scam. They charge you almost half of the savings and all they do I call and ask for the promotion rate. You can literally do that yourself. Not only that, they negotiated for me and said they would save me $20 a month. Literally my second bill after the negotiation increased and when I complained about it they admitted to knowing it was going to increase but still charged me 40% on the original agreement that only lasted 1 month. So now Im paying them over $200 and my annual bill has already increased $60 for the year after one bill. Its an absolute joke. They take 0 accountability. Just call the company yourself and negotiate because this is a joke. I actually tried to cancel it before it even went into effect and they wouldnt allow it. Its a major scam. All I have asked was for $60 to come back to me since the savings they claim they have saved me is no longer accurate. I could see if it was 6 months down the road but literally one stinking bill I had the rate the still say they negotiated.

      You will get a charge to your credit card for some large amount, where they 'assess' your savings over multiple years. Absolutely do not use this business. I'm not sure how this is legal.

      I signed up thru Mint and hoping they lowered my bill but instead they changed my Xfinity plan without my knowledge..they pretended to be me with Xfinity. I contacted Billshark email customer service and they said services were already done but how can i agree to something i did not consent to? A lady named ****** from Billshark falsified and unwilling used my information to negotiate services with Xfinity which i did not agree to. I am still paying for the same service payment with Xfinity so how did they save me money? Now Billshark is requesting for a payment for something i did not consent to

      I feel completely scammed. I received a pop up on my Mint App for BillShark, advertising that they would work to lower any of my bills, and if successful they would keep 40% of my savings and if unsuccessful, I wouldn't be charged anything. I agreed to see if they could lower my ******* ****. After contacting *******, I see that there is no change to my **** at all and then I received a charge to my credit card for $240. I reached out to customer service to try and get some explanation, and after they "apologize for any ambiguity in the Negotiation's enrollment process", they state that they "work closely with Negotiation to ensure they provide a transparent approach to signing up as well as clear expectations on what happens next." I could not have experienced a more opposite situation. I've expressed to the representative that I feel completely in the dark about why I have this charge and what exactly they did to reduce my ****. And still with no explanation at all, and after all of our back and forth emailing, the representative then told me that she has closed the ticket on my complaint and no further action is required on her end, and that I will need to reach out to Mint if I have any further questions. Oh and on top of it all, when I told them that ******* had no record of any **** negotiation or deduction to my ****, I was told that the deduction will be happening a week from now. So I guess I am expected to pay BillShark's charge, then just wait and see if I actually get a **** deduction? I feel so like I have been so badly scammed and I don't know what to do going forward.

      DO NOT SIGN UP! Even if they fake "resolution". I was tricked into thinking this company had merit due to Mints endorsement. When I went to check the if I could save any money...I was asked to agree to let them negotiate over TEXT MESSAGE! Most correspondence was over text. I continually asked them how much I would be paying them for the "savings" they gave me and just kept getting the answer "40%"...never letting me know if this was monthly, yearly...or what. Not letting me know when I would have to pay, etc. I come to find out they "saved" me $600 over 2 YEARS, but want $250 from me immediately!? There is no place to say "No I don't want this" They don't even give you time. They don't let you know ANYTHING until after they have you hooked in. However I never signed anything, nor did I give verbal consent. They then sent me an invoice that was the most barebones invoice I had ever seen. No breakdown of services. Nothing. It's worse than an invoice from a high school snow shoveler. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage and manipulating people. BILLSHARK! Make it right! Or else you know whats coming down the pipeline in a year or two...and it starts with "Class", Shame on ******************* and Intuit.
