      I truly appreciate someone else taking on this task for me. I have done it in the past with pretty good success but was on the phone for what seemed like hours and had to threaten to quit/leave the company providing the service before I could get anyone to take me seriously. Every little bit helps and again, I truly appreciate the effort.

      If you use the service, I would recommend not signing contracts with the subscribers that they're haggling for the service you end up paying for the savings that you don't get if you consecutively use the service. It almost feels like a scam at that point even though it's not.

      I didnt know this type of service existed but figured why not try it out and Im glad I did! The process was almost entirely hands free and the agent was able to secure a better quality plan for less than I was paying before the upgrade. Savings every single month with the per year total in the hundreds of dollars. They only charge if they succeed and the price was so reasonable I was happy to pay it. The agent was also incredible with consistent communication and effective results. Its so worth trying out.
