      Do not use. They'll sit and sit on your claim until you forget about it and then completely ignore what was asked and Make-up absurd savings so they can charge you whatever they want. AVOID!

      This is the second time I've used Billshark and again they've saved me hundreds of dollars off my Spectrum bill over the next two years. I would have used them to reduce my ******* bill but I recently switched to ****. I will continue using Billshark into the foreseeable future!

      ******** provided me with outstanding service. Although the savings were small, she spent a good amount of time repeatedly contacting me for additional information. And, once I supplied the info, she quickly negotiated with the vendor. Only three days start to finish for most of that time ******** was waiting for me to reply to her request for more information ***************** BillShark is lucky to have an employee like ********. And I will be using them for other bills.

      I had an internet bill of $85 and wanted to get it lowered. I decided to try BillShark to see how much of a discount they could secure for me. On September 3, 2024, I signed up for their service. By September 16, they informed me that negotiations had begun, and on the same day, they told me they had saved me $600. The discount was $30 for the first 12 months and $20 for the following 12 months. For this service, I will pay them 40% of the savings, which amounts to $240.During the same time-frame, my mother called the same company for her account and managed to secure $660 in just ten minutes, keeping the entire amount. While the service provided some savings, it didn't match the results my mother achieved with a simple phone call. Would I recommend it? Only if it is the only option.
