      I was very pleased with the final results. Once we figured out the parameters of what I wanted, ****** went right to work and got me a nice discount on my Xfinity bill. The only aspect of the process that I was less happy with was the bombardment of texts and emails from Billshark asking for the same information even after I had provided it. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the outcome.

      I tried Billshark for the first time at Consumer Reports' recommendation; they worked quickly and significantly reduced my **************** bill. The only confusion came from my ISP (Xfinity) who texted and called me in the middle of the process. I basically just ignored Xfinity & let things play out: all good. I'll definitely consider using Billshark again.
