    do not buy from this group. The asked for my VIN for proper fit. I spent $100s only to find out from the dealer that it will not work with my RAV 4. I cannot return it even though it was a part sold to me in error. Thier fault with their ********* another part that went along with it from a competitor was retuned without any issue.

    This is a scam. I ordered a spare parts. Never received. My card was charged. Called them. They said it was back ordered. Never received.

    I feel stupid that I didn't read the reviews first. My order never came, ***** emailed me and said the item was returned because of a bad address. *** said the apartment number was missing even though the building address was correct. I reordered from ***** * correcting the address (not sure if ***** is a real name after all this) * I never received the order after second time. And now ***** who was very responsive in getting me to reorder and getting charged * is **** ***** won't return any emails. This company must be a total scam. Never again will I order anything without reading the reviews. Ever. Again.

    Was fooled by a nice website and neglected to read reviews. Ordered part as shown on website. They had it dropped shipped from ******* after a lengthy wait and it was not complete. Have been trying to contact through phone and customer service with out any reply.

    THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATLY AFTER ***** WAS PLACED AND BEFORE SHIPPING. AFTER RECEIVING ADVICE THAT THE PART WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, I REQUESTED THAT THE ***** BE CANCELLED AND REFUND ISSUED. SIX MONTHS LATER NO REFUND. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED WITH NOT RESPONSE. I AM NOW WORKNG THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPAY TO GET A REFUND, HOWEVER, NOW OEM VEHICLE PARTS IS DOING BUSINESS AS PARTS PLUS STORE STAY AWAY FROM PARTS PLUS STORE AND OEM VEHICLE PARTS! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS!

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMING COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOUR ITEM OUT , I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT A PACKAGE I NEVER RECEIVED, THEY ACTUALLY NEVER MAILED THE PACKAGE INSTEAD OF ASSISTING ME WITH THE ISSUE THE ** GOT DEFENSIVE AND TOLD ME TO PROVE IT ! AND NTHEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING REMOVED FROM **** and hopefully the website will be down soon!!

    **************** is awful. I cancelled an order. Two days later they asked why I needed to cancel which was due to the wrong parts being ordered. After emailing back and forth I received a tracking number in an email saying it was shipped which was different then the tracking number I received the next day. It said the item is being being procured. In there policy it states that you can cancel up until the item is shipped. Awful to deal with.

    Sold Me a Non-Fitting Part and Wouldn't Fully Refund.Their vehicle specific part calculator has incorrect information. I bought snow chains for our ***** that their system guaranteed would fit. The chains were way too small and OEM wouldn't believe me that the chains didn't fit. I then confirmed with both the chain manufacturer and a ***** service center that the chains they sent wouldn't fit.OEM said I could return them, but that I had to pay for shipping and pay a re-stocking fee. I ultimately had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.
