  I ordered parts from this well-designed, light-looking site. a shipping label was IMMEDIATELY created showing company shipped the part. I checked the tracking # provided two days later. **** had not received the package. same thing the next few times I checked. I left a msg on the "contact us" site. no reply. I called the customer service ph# which went straight to vm. three weeks later, no part, no contact by this company.SCAM!!!!Do not order anything from this company!

  This is a scam and I am so sad for had fall in this fraudulent website. I ordered VW parts form diferente websites and of course I received a tracking from the other one and this ************************** I never received.I also sent email asking for my tracking number, and guess what? No answer.

  I ordered 2 parts from them 3 weeks ago. I never received any tracking information and when I reached out to them, I was told one of the parts was no longer available. They did not let me know, I had to ask them. Then when I asked about the 2nd part, it took them a week to tell me the part was on backorder. They asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes and their reply was, if the part has already been procured or Special Ordered, it cannot be Cancelled. This company is a scam. When I placed the order, it showed both parts where available and let me pay for the parts and pay $55 for expedited shipping, when in fact according to them 1 part is discontinued, and 1 back ordered.

  I ordered a joint shaft at 10pm at night requested to cancel 5am next morning and was stalled to cancel with multiple questions. Then days later was told she submitted cancel request but cant guarantee cancellation if shipped. Another day goes by so I then followed up with question on about how long it takes to get response for cancellation request only to get a shipping label created email minutes later.

  I ordered the driver's side rear taillight and they sent me the passenger side. When I emailed them for an exchange they claimed that I ordered the wrong part, but I know what I ordered. I have emailed them countless times asking for a return label but they refuse to email back. DO NOT BUY from this company they are scammers.

  Like an idiot, I did not check reviews prior to placing my order for two replacement GMC hubcaps for my Yukon. The items took forever, because they order from somewhere else and then send out the order. Mail label said this was a dealership in **, total scam. We were unable to put the hubcaps on, and coincidentally my vehicle went in for routine servicing the following week, so I asked the mechanic to install them. He said he could see why we couldn't install them ourselves, that they had so much trouble getting them on and that he hopes they don't fly off if I hit a bump. He said they are a very inferior quality. Sadly, they were not inferior price wise. Don't even think of buying from this company. Leaving one star, because couldn't submit w/o doing so.

  BUY YOUR PARTS SOMWEHERE ELSE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Part shipped AFTER the date it said it would arrive. I had to buy the part somewhere else. Put in a BBB complaint AND THEN they shipped the part. Now I have one part I dont need and they want me to pay to ship it back for a refund. What a joke of a company and scammers!!

  Let's start by saying I would give them zero stars but it won't let me. I placed an order and paid for express delivery when it was time for me to get my shipment they sent me an email stating it had to be special order and there will be a delay. I have yet to have any update and the part is now late nor have they said they would refund my express delivery charge. When you try to call their phone number hangs up on you. This is the biggest scam operation I've ever seen I have tried to cancel my order to no avail and of course no contact now I will call my credit card and dispute it you have been warned I would never use this company.

  I placed an order for a truck part and then had to cancel due to delivery notice given the same day i purchased the part. I had paid for expedited delivery that the notice said could not be met. i emailed and Chat responded to the extended delivery date given by the notice. I requested to CANCEL the ***** Placed on 11/23/2022. The Chat person took about 5 minutes to review the transaction and agreed to a full refund. I was very pleased at the quick response from **************** at this company. I fully recommend this company for online business.
