    When I ordered a passenger rear body moulding/trim for my dad's truck they asked for vehicle VIN, bed size, engine specifications etc and said the part would fit his vehicle. After waiting 2 weeks for the product it did not fit and they would not offer paid return shipping. My dad paid $27 to have it shipped back and is still waiting on his $147 refund. Poor communication from OEM parts through email and could not even get a person on the phone. Buyer beware!!

    OEM Parts is not our company. Sorry about the confusion but they are in now way affiliated with us. This is not our customer. Our website is ************************** which is different and unrelated from OEM Parts. We dont sell Body Mouldings for trucks and didnt aske for Bedliner size. Sounds like a ****** Dodge or **** truck.

    Their **************** is terrible. ********* trying to get parts shipped that they have in stock. Had several live chats as their standard is wait ***** business hours for a status change. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. Never again will I use them again. Wish that I read their bad reviews before I ordered from them. *****
