      I purchased a patio chair online for the total price of ****** on May 31 2025 for free delivery. I was watching the tracking and on June 6 all tracking information ceased. On June 11 I contacted BJs via chat and was informed that the employee agreed it was most likely lost and they would refund my money. The next day I was told by the same employee that it wasnt in fact lost and I needed to contact the independent delivery company. I explained again that there was no way to get ahold of a live person (I had made every attempt to do so before chatting with BJs) and at this point I would just like my money returned as discussed. Another day goes by and I get another email from someone different who states I can only get my money back once the item is returned to BJs however I never had receipt of the item. I sent another email on June ****************************************** the works June 11. That email was not responded to. I would just like my money returned to me as I have never had possession of this item and it is now 18 days since ordered, and 6 days since I inquired about the item.

      I have been trying to place online orders on my account and having issues since Jan 2025 and having online orders automatically cancelled since March 2025. Email stating, "Something seems off. We have to cancel for your security and protection. Place order again." "Your order has been canceled as we were unable to verify your payment information. We apologize for the inconvenience. Let's start fresh. If you still want these items, please verify your information and create a new order on ************************."This is not working. I have contacted the team in person and told to call in. I have called in and spoke to chat from their website and told they will email me, weeks later I am replied with this. "Upon checking with our internal team, we are unable to approve your online order at this time. I would kindly recommend you to shop in the club." This is not acceptable. I have been using the same payment method before this glitch so there can not be any security concern. I tried a different card and still having same issue. I am able to use these same cards to place online orders at other establishments and in person at BJ's and elsewhere without issue. I am paying upgraded membership to have online orders and same day shipping and not able to actually use it. I have tried placing orders on the app, chrome and firefox without success. I want this issue resolved. I have a chronic illness and I have much difficulty shopping in person and need online orders. If they are not able to fix the glitch in my account, I'd like to be issued a new working account.

      I placed an order from bjs app today 6/6/25 around 6ish pm to be delivered at my house and the person named ******** apparently from a 3rd party that bjs uses brought my items to a different house not mine. I texted her but no answer so I drove to the bjs at green acres and as per the manger there nothing can be done and ask me if I noticed which house the items were delivered like its my job to oook for it. This is outrageous. Bjs central is closed already at this hour and hopefully they gave me my money back. Items purchased about 200$ my money is lost. Also been put on hold for more than 30 mns I even showed the manager there how this store is so bad.This is disgraceful and no respect for anyone. I am waiting for my items and my refund and I will get me a lawyer because nothing was delivered to me as my address was there and that person Sharmene was not careful enough since its not their money they feel like they can do whatever they want or treat people's stuff wrongly.This is no acceptable, only in the black neighborhood this will happened treating people any kind of way.

      I signed up for the discounted membership online on 4/14/2025 with my ** card but the system said it failed to process it (even though my ** card is in working good standing). So I changed it with my **** card. It worked and I got a confirmation email. A few days later, I noticed that my ** was charged on the same 4/14 date for my membership as well as my **** card. I called BJS customer card about this duplicated charges (support ticket #*******) on 4/21. However, BJS claimed that they could only see the **** charge but not the ** charge. Throughout the entire month till 5/22 and numerous calls, I had provided all the screenshots of my **** and ** bill statements confirming that they were both charged the same amount on the same date, my mailing address, etc. Ironically they still wanted the screenshot of my **** bill despite the fact that they could see the **** charges, as well as my address. Also, apparently the backend resolution team asked the ************* team for these screenshots on 5/3 but I was not informed until I called back on 5/22. Poor customer communication. Called again on 5/30, The customer care agent promised to give me an update in three business days but she did not. I called back on 6/6 and was told that they were still working on it. They suggested to me not to dispute with ** while they were resolving the issue. Really? This is so ridiculous that BJS double charged me immediately but failed to resolve the duplicated charges after well over a month. This gives me a bad impression on the BJS payment system and the customer service. Please advise and help.

      My name is ******** *******, and I have been a loyal BJs customer since 2006. Im writing to you directly because I have been charged twice for a single order placed on May 22, 2025 in the amount of $852.99, and I have received no meaningful help despite multiple calls to BJs customer service!!Attached are screenshots below, from my ******* account showing the duplicate chargesone posted on June 3 and another on June 4. I have since filed a fraud claim with *******, but this has caused a serious financial disruption. ****That $852.99 was meant for my rent, which is now at risk of bouncing tomorrow!!!! When I called again today, I spoke with a representative named *****, who was kind and tried to help. He confirmed that he sees the double charge and messaged his supervisor. However, he informed me that the matter is now out of his hands and that the financial department handling this is based in the Philippineswhich has only added to my frustration and sense of helplessness.I urgently request that the duplicate charge of $852.99 be refunded to my ******* account TODAY. MY RENT IT DUE! Please review the attached documentation and help correct this without further delay. I WOULD LIKE A PHONE CALL.       I ordered delivery of items from BJ's Wholesale Club on 6/3/25 with instructions that the items be bagged or boxed as I am visually impaired. The instructions were not followed when I received my delivery at 5:27pm the same day. I would like BJ's Wholesale Club to honor my delivery instructions when delivering my items.

      Over the past two years, BJs Wholesale Club has been taking membership fees out of my bank account because I once had an active BJs membership. They canceled said membership, yet over the last two years, they have taken out a yearly membership and when calling the organization to get information about this, they informed me that there is no account under my my name and that they will look into this yet I do not get back the yearly membership and I am able to take advantage of the membership. For a large corporate organization, this is extremely unacceptable. They also fall back on a policy that is hidden from consumers until something like this happens to them. As I was looking through information on the Internet, I saw that I was not the only one that this has happened to. This is now the second time *** had to deal with this and Im interested to see if they actually get back to me this time.

      On 6/2/2025, I placed a BJs pickup order, which included a three-pack of bleach. The order was brought to my vehicle by BJs employees, and I did not handle or inspect the items until I arrived home. Upon bringing the items upstairs into my residence, I immediately noticed a strong odor and once I opened the paking box, I noticed visible damagethe bleach container packaging was leaking heavily from the bottom, saturating the box and causing irreversible damage to multiple carpeted areas in my home, including:My staircase to the second floor (which now has visible bleach stains throughout),A carpeted area by the laundry room where we placed the box, and My clothing (shirt and shorts), which came into contact with the leaking container while he was carrying it.I have photos and video documentation of the damages sustained as a direct result of the defective and mishandled product.Upon returning to the Clearwater BJs location, I was only provided an exchange for the bleach and a $20 gift card, which I found to be an inadequate response given the significant cost of professional carpet repair or replacement, in addition to personal property ********* make matters more frustrating, I had initially contacted the store about another item in the same order that was missing parts, and while trying to resolve that, I discovered the bleach damage.I called the store and after 15 min of being on hold, I asked for the general manager of the store, which is a different personn then the one listed online. I gave my contact information and was assured that ****** ****** would call me back after he finished his conference call. This did not happen either.

      BJs was running a promotion special that stated if $100 was spent on select baby items in a 4 week time frame that they would give a $20 reward. I spent over $200 on the select baby items within the that time frame and never received my $20 reward. When I called customer service about this they stated that I wasnt eligible for the reward because the purchases werent made in a single transaction. They only advertised that the $100 had to be spent in the time frame on the selected items. I did spent the amount, on the selected items, within the time frame and deserve my $20 reward. They are presenting fraudulent information to their customers.
