      I must say it would be a shame if ****** [I didn't get a last name] didn't get recognition for his outstanding customer service. As I was applying for a ********************** card, I was disconnected while waiting for my paystubs to be reviewed. This after already having to call back to resubmit a more up to date paystub.****** assured me he'll call me back if we got disconnected and finished my card application. Afterwards, we reviewed my card and my finances. We noticed that I had a lower APR on my card. This may seem advantageous for some, but I have no issues paying off my statements and we switched instead to a rewards card which would benefit my situation more.******'s incredible friendliness mixed with his curiosity to find the best match for me made my experience opening an account with DCU well worth my time.Thank you DCU and please recognize ****** for his excellence!

      Terrible customer service. From time to time my account is getting locked, no way to unlock the account without support. This weekend I lost access to my account and all my money.I work in IT and I see that DCU use the worst and the cheapest ppl to create and maintain their product.NEVER EVER AGAIN!

      This is a cold hearted incompetent unpleasant business to deal with. My father died on Aug 17 2022 and I filed a settlement amount to pay his bill. It took this company over 3 months to respond. They said no. And they were unwilling to take off the accrued interest since my father's death. I spoke to many people here as I called bi weekly. Some women were very nice. Most men were unfeeling and uncaring. One man hung up on me. ********. I am so disgusted and disappointed in the way in which this company does business. I would never use them if you are considering it.

      Predators who prey on their customers. If your insurance lapses for a week they will charge you $2000 and not say anything to you. When you call and spend 10hours trying to get it taken care of, they expect you to personally take burdon of submitting all your insurance paperwork. They dont care about customers at all and will prey on anybody they can. Fees and interests will randomly jump up. Avoid them at all costs. Get a loan from anybody else.

      I have been a continuous *** member for over 35 years. I opened my account shortly after *** was founded. I will say for the first 20 years the service was excellent. So excellent in fact I kept my account with *** after I moved out of the ***********. The people with whom you interacted using the online banking system were knowledgeable, courteous, and exemplified a genuine concern for their customers. Over the past 15 years.......... not so much...... and especially the past 5/6 years the banking experience with *** is in the toilet. Employees are not well trained and are not knowledgeable and with the rare exception of one or two are basically incompetent. The performance of the systems *** uses for online banking have sunk to a new low in the past year. *** was not able to provide customers all the tax information needed to file tax returns for 2022 until late in February 2023. *** continues as of 3/1 to have systems issues regarding a customer being able to manage the *** ********************** and debit cards. *** uses Bots to respond to complaints and if they are not Bots they are the most incompetent of all their employees. *** WILL NOT permit a negative review on the ***I Web page. They are falsely representing their "star" rating by doing so. I have tried to write a negative review several times and within minutes the review is taken down. I keep hoping the top leadership at *** will eventually understand who pays their giant salaries and decides to incorporate customer satisfaction changes in the positive direction. Currently I would not recommend to my worst enemy they do banking business with ***.

      Of course they arent w BBB. I got a loan from DCU for $2000 back in 2019. They never put me in collections and I told them several times I DONT WANT YOURE STUPID LOANS again I dont like youre policies. I paid in full $1700 and they told me I had to go into a branch bc they dont except online or over the phone payments. They tried giving me my money back didnt know how to process the payment. I went to the location in ****** ************* and there was a bunch of cops and they had an active bank robbery ************************************************************************************************** the worst part of town. After I paid them argued w them too settle and complaining about there policies practice and standards and asked them what was going on w all the cops. They didnt wanna talk too me no more. So I thought it was all over than I checked my credit report and they said negative remarks. Oh well cant win with these people.

      Initially I was happy with the service and generous rates for loans and deposit accounts. Over the past two years it is clear that senior management is not at all concerned with servicing its client and their accounts. There is zero accountability at the home office, and even less at the branch level where management is just going through the motions. I am happy to be putting DCU in the rear view mirror.

      I have been with this company since the year I was born (28 years) because my parents were both employees of Digital. They have been nothing but terrific to me over the years, and do a great job of keeping a small company feel despite growing to a larger one. I expected to stay with this credit union my entire life, but a recent transaction my sister had has lead me to possibly look elsewhere. She is a transitioning woman and was belittled and repeatedly dead named throughout a recent phone call with a representative. To top it off, her applications were not pushed for final review for some unknown reason. In 2023 you would assume front line staff would have some diversity and inclusion training, if not this is something this company should invest in.

      I have been a DCU customer for the past eight years. It has been a great experience initially, but over the past couple of years, their service level went down the hill. The do not care for their loyal customers anymore. Unnecessary fees like commercial banks, higher interest rates, constant hold times and a malfunctioning switchboard. They will make you annoy by constantly transferring to irrelevant departments. Most agents would put you on a 'brief' hold for several minutes and would not resolve your issue. Find a different company if you can.

      The worst company ever. I missed a payment during Covid. They would not allow any grace ****** or make an exception. Other financial organizations did. I had another company who removed the late payment due to covid. When asking this question, they did not answer. All they said was they didn't make any errors. I'll never due any business with them in the future.
