      This company committed to providing me with a check for $1,000 once solar panels were installed on to my friends home due to my referral to their company. The solar panels were installed on my friends home in March of 2022, and we have not heard anything from the company nor received the referral check. I have called and emailed this company well over a dozen times. During each phone call I am told that a manager will call me back in the next 24 hours and I have never received a call back. I have emailed the contact email on the website as well as the zone manager, ********************************** several times and have never received a response. I have remained in contact with the sales **** ******************************** several times and he has stated each time that he will speak with the team but we have not heard from anyone besides him. I would like the money that we were promised for our referral.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. 

      I have continued to contact them and have no recieved a response.

      Upon being informed of the situation where ******** was promised a referral bonus of $1,000, I immediately called her and left a message to contact me.

      I will make sure that she will receive the referral check that she is owed within 7 days of speaking to her and confirming the details.
