  I purchased an engine with this company 10/22, from the time i called and given my payment information it has been lie after lie with this company then their head of operations and supervisors are very rude refused to listen to your complaint. I was told when purchasing the engine i would get a 3-year warranty and they were going to expedite the engine for a fee. I called to check on the shipping tracking number, I was told they don't do expedited services. Now I needed to know why i was quoted one price but charged another, so they refunded me the fees. The engine was no good i had a knocking noise from the start and was told that the engine timing chain was no good on an engine that only had under 36k miles on it. My new mechanic was the ones to inform me of that, so I emailed RTS and called to resolve the issue their head of operations ************************* was very rude kept cutting me off and refusing to listen to what i had to say. When he answered the phone, his mind was already made up from the email i sent out. I WISH I had read these reviews before doing business with this company. Everything I was told at the point of sale was totally different than what im being told now.

  This company is Disrespectful, and the supervisor is a liar and this company is BS. I order a transmission they stated I would get it April 18th, then 19th, then 20th, then end of day the 21st when I spoke with a disrespectful supervisor. The transmission Never showed up the disrespectful supervisor blamed the transport company and said that the company did not have a small truck to deliver my transmission. It sounded like I'm special cause they were gonna deliver my transmission by itself. Now it said I was gonna get it Monday the 24th. Still no transmission. I spoke with the transport company and I spoke with a representative ****** and I told them that the *** company stated if they didn't deliver my transmission by Friday 4-21-23 they would not receive shipping payment. THAT WAS BULLS***. The transport company said it was going threw a 3rd party broker so there is no way they would not get paid. ANOTHER DAM LIE. As of the 26th no transmission. I should have knew better but when you give a company a chance and they sell you all that you want to hear and not happen is very frustrating, disrespectful and their integrity is BS cause they don't care. They quoted me $1675 then said it was the wrong one that it has to be a special transmission and the quoted me $2600 then stated oh we will give you a discount for $1975 the company is so quick to take your money but when they do their service is BS. I'm sure they will comment back and say, OH WELL THAT A SPECIAL TRANSMISSION ABD WE DID ALL WE CAN AND WE UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION. I will be filing a audit with a ****a with the *** because they violated interstate commerce law and trespassed on a trust account and did not fulfill their company obligation. I asked for compensation back into my account and they refused. ALSO I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THAT I WILL BE PUTTING A BAD REVIEW AND HE STATED ITS NOT GONNA MATTER COMPARED TO ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS SO GO AHEAD. That conversation was recorded so there is proof of it.

  After searching for a Transmission for my **** E350 **** I thought I would never find one in my price range. Everyone had them for $4000.00 plus and that would be quite a financial strain.I found RTS and spoke with their representative. Gave my vehicle information and parts I needed (transmission). With in a few minutes RTS found a transmission and work with on the price. They offer a 90 day warranty and free shipping, the part was well with in my budget. It arrived with in a few days, we inspected it and prepped it for installation. Removed the bad transmission and installed the replacement, changed out the front and rear seals and fluid filter, applied proper transmission fluid and test drove the van. wow, what a difference, shifted and drove better then ever. Great communication and strong knowledge of automotive parts made my choice to purchase with RTS. I know they will be there if any problem should arise.

  Please I recommend to never order from this company I purchased a engine for **** hundred dollars I waited about 2 months to receive them when I got it shipped to my mechanic and they installed it it was very defective so I called them back said I would like a refund and they can get there engine back I had to send pictures I did everything they asked until it was time for them to send me a shipping label it has been a week and still haven't received anything I done cursed everybody out about my money please people don't waist your money please spend your money else were

  I ordered an engine for my vehicle based on the goodle reviews & testimonies of proclaimed customers. After purchasing the item, I was told it would take **** days to recieve & be shipped withing 3 days. After the 3 days, I was informed it was not shipped but would ship the following weekend 3 days later.After the weekend passed, I was informed it shipped but was unable to be given a tracking number. I contacted them through ************* about tracking ****************** the same response. After another week, I checked on their site & my order number was labeled as "ready to ship" but no tracking number available. I contacted them again, to which they said my order was shipped but they still did not have my shipping number. I asked for the number of the company supposedly shipping my item & was refused the number. I then informed them I'd need a refund & was ignored.After a few more days (a total of 3 weeks after my purchase) their site still said "ready to ship" & upon contacting them, I asked for a refund ASAP. The informed me that they would get the tracking number for ****** said I did not want the item & for them to cancel my purchase before it leaves the wear house. I was then put on hold while ***** "talked to shipping" then was dropped from the call by them. I was called back that night & told it was too late & shipping had went ho******'d have to wait for the next day. The next day rolls around & I was told it was already gone & a refund cannot be completed but was still denied a tracking number. I then saw on their website that my order has "no status".I've attempted to email them again in regards to the change in status but have not heard back yet. I did despute the charges with my ************* cards but have not **** updated yet.I was finally offered a full refund on the premise that I delete my 1 star ****** review. I've recieved the refund emails but need to wait a couple of days to see if they keep their word.
