    Pleased with my experience with RTS auto parts. I purchased a low mileage transmission. Transmission shipped quickly and close to my house. Price was good and the part was good. ********************* was great throughout the process. ***********************

    Horrible people to deal with! They promised a transmission with 54k and a tech to verify it was in good working order. When my mechanic got it the fluid was black vs red and was blown up., so definitely not checked over by anyone other than pull and pressure wash off. They than want to charge me $250 for a refund, which was their issue not mine. They LIED! Than promised full refund in 24/48 hours, now email says up to 7 days! Mechanic shop is now charging $200 a week for storage of a useless car! Don't be fooled they are horrible and I'm going to have to get my business lawyer involved, costing more money but worth it in the end to show they are Not a legitimate and trustworthy company.

    After Purchasing a used engine for my 99Lexus RX300, I checked the Reviews on this company & was Very Worried about my purchase, since i Searched for 5.5 weeks, hearing All the Scams w/other ****** Dist. I took the chance after speaking to *****, making me feel alot more comfortable w/the purchase, contacting me for every Concern i had. There are so Many Companies out there that just want your ************ up the product 3-4x times higher! Also, All the Fake names they give you to upon the purchase! There is Not one ************** out there that has Better or Worst reviews, its all about your research & speaking w/the Person thats taking tour order. Just like YELP- All Customers Complain More than give you a Thumbs up!!! Our World is Full of Entitled Knuckle-Heads that Dont get their way & will Do Everything to bring the Company Down! My Lexus Mechanic has been in Business for 41 yrs. & was Surprised when he Opened up the engine/valve covers. My mechanic said She was Ugly from the Outside & once getting inside, she was in Great shape, No sign of water/coolant, No Grit/Metal shavings and for how old it was sitting around, the oil color within valves/pan were still on the Yellow side, instead of Blackened Debris. The engine is getting installed as i Write this review, Im Sure it will be a Positive Experience & will Purchase another one for my 99 ********* in the near future! Thank You Very Much ****************************** & the Crew @ RTS for a **************** Experience!!! I will Return for more parts, since i have kids that are about to Start driving, its cheaper to Rebuild than to Purchase Used or New Cars nowadays!     Do NOT do business with these people. They "state" that your purchase price is refundable if they cannot find or supply a part you ordered, but only refund part of it as they charge a "processing fee" for the time they spent processing the order. They explicitly stated that I would receive a full refund if "they could not find the part" I ordered, and when that happened, they deducted $ 115 from my purchase price of $375 for a "processing fee", and I had to send the incorrect part they sent me back to the supplier at MY EXPENSE which was another $ ***** lost. They obviously have no idea of what customer service is. I will never do business with these people again. Like others who have dealt with these people, I would give them less than 1 star if I could,

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They are liars and send out product that does not work. I ordered an engine form them and they assured me it was working they had tested it and all. It was sent to **** (the dealership) and deemed a bad engine. Ready to start did nothing to help me in this situation and I was out of 8k. If I could rate -10 stars I would PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE from them. I wouldnt buy a piece of candy from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

    Junk broker. Bought used ***** mile engine. Blown plenum gasket, fluid in a cylinder, poked s**** driver thru freeze plug with ease, oil pan caved in so *************** bolt end contacted pan. Just fixing and taking the licking never to do business with them again. Looks like they are no good after the sale either. Better go anywhere else.

    Ready to start Auto send me pictures of something I was going to purchase but it didn't look right to me so I refuse to buy the part and I asked for my refund back so they said it will be 25% for my **** that they received from me and yes I agreed to the 25% and I still haven't got my refund back and it's been 3 weeks now ready to start keep telling me the same thing and it get close to the weekend they close and then then I called back in the beginning of the week they tell me the same thing get close to the weekend again they close again something need to be done about this company
