    Called multiple places to get a car from ******** to *******. After a minor hiccup and one day delay in picking up the car it went very smoothly and the car arrived exactly on schedule.

    **** was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained the process, provided a detailed estimate, and communicated throughout the process. Price was competitive, and my vehicle arrived on schedule.Driver was efficient, personable, and communicated with an ETA and confirmed with me shortly before arrival time.Overall, it was a good business transaction and I would use them again.

    If you are currently looking for a company to ship a vehicle, I would stay clear of this company!! I made a reservation a month in advance for my vehicle to be shipped across the country. They did offer the best pricing when it came to actual service. However, the day of, apparently the driver's truck broke down, so JMD had to find a new driver, the only thing is that I have to now pay an extra 500 dollars for my vehicle to be picked up. I argued and stood on the fact that we are already in a contract for an amount. That didn't matter! I was told that if I wanted my vehicle shipped I "had" to pay the new price, and given the time I couldn't find anything cheaper since this is last minute! I was pressured into this, I was taken advantage of, and this is a bad business tactic! They are taking advantage of people in their most critical time and they need to pay for it in my opinion! After this incident, I researched them and found out that they pulled this stunt on customers as well. Not only that the new driver could not pick up my vehicle the day it needed to be shipped so now I had to change all my plans so that the car could be shipped. Again, I would not use this company ever again, and I hope my experience prevents others from not using them as well. Horrible business practice to take advantage of people in need!

    I contracted with JMD to transport my vehicle from ******* to *************** last October for pick up and delivery January 10, ****. We communicated regularly via text and email to make sure everything was on track; Last minute SCAM kicked in on pickup day indicating that the truck scheduled to pick up my vehicle had broken down but they were busy working to find me another carrier to pick up my vehicle. Only problem was that the fee would go from $550 contract to $1500. ********************* and his associates are very convincing that they genuinely care about your business and would do anything to resolve the problem except stand behind their agreed upon ******************* SCAM COMPANY FIXED ON LAST MINUTE CRISIS COST INCREASES. THEY BANK ON THE **** THAT YOU WILL PAY THEIR ****** AT THE CRITICAL TIME. Do not trust these scammers.

    I didn't read the contract prior to agreeing to have them transport. (Big mistake on my part)Please be advised the "quote" they give you means absolutely nothing, and they can increase the price at their discretion. I found myself negotiating a new rate the same day the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. The vehicle did arrive safely with no damage. I think they should be more up front and advise during initial discussions that price is subject to change,

    I shipped my car from ***************, ** to *******, **. ***** was helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions as I had never shipped a vehicle before. I was given a fair price, emailed a contract and there were no additional fees added to my price. I was able to put some of my personal effects in the car for transport. The driver arrived when he was supposed to to pick up my car and kept me updated along the trip. He arrived in ** before I did and left my car in the agreed upon spot and sent me a bunch of pictures. He even called me later, after I arrived, to make sure that I was satisfied. I would use this service again.
