    I scheduled to have a van transported from ** to CA. I already paid $200 down payment. I was informed the date and time of pickup. When date come they stopped replying to my massage in the middle of a conversion, and by the time of pick up, no one showed, and no driver ever contacted me. They even stopped picking up the phone. This business is a scam.

    I scheduled to have my motorcycle transported from ** to *******. I was told that the driver would contact me 24 hours in advance of the SCHEDULED pick up date. Well, surprise, I never received a phone call from a driver, and my calls to JMD were never answered. Without a doubt, YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY, if in fact they truly are a shipping company.

    Probably scammers. I booked a car transport from ********** to ********* on Friday. Pick-up was scheduled for Monday, tho the contract was **** with errors, including an incorrect date and make/model of the car. But we had verbally confirmed everything, so I let it slide.Quote was reasonable, and I was able to schedule right away. Seemed to good to be true when booked but it was something to cross off the list. I was contacted by the "shipper" within an hour to coordinate delivery for Monday. I called to verify things on Saturday, talked directly to the dispatcher and seemed like things were firmed up for Monday pickup, with a price only $100 higher than I was quoted. Confirmed details including payment method via text after phone conversation. I was hopeful that I wasn't getting scammed. Then I got a call from the driver Sunday night. He was "at" the location for pickup. Problem was the car was at a repair shop, and it was closed, because it was Sunday night, not Monday as discussed repeatedly. The location of the pickup as a repair shop had been discussed with both JMD and the shipper, so this should have been no surprise. He said he would come back the next morning, insisting on 7am, but for a higher rate. I said we can talk about a rate change when the car showed up. But we set up pickup for 7am.The car owner called the shop to inform him of the impending pickup, and I contacted the driver. No word all day Monday till I hear from the broker, JMD, that "there was a driver strike" and they can get a driver there tomorrow. At this point I realized I was being lied to, and that there was no intention to ever pickup the car, so I disputed the transaction and posted a bad review. This got there attention and they started calling me again. I jokingly demanded compensation for my time and hassled them a little via text message because I was annoyed. They did issue a full refund, which was nice, but I'd much rather have the car on the truck as was agreed.

    Contacted this company to have my car shipped. Confirmed date when I should receive the car 6 days in advance but the waited until a day before receiving my car to find a driver, then the driver's truck had issues on the way going to pick up my car so they were trying to propose another date. I then decided to cancel with them as I found another reliable company and I have since been waiting for my deposit to be refunded. At first it will take 5-6 days which I waited for and contacted them since I didn't receive it, I was then told it'll be in my account in 2 days which was yesterday and today I'm being told to wait until Monday. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. **Please stay away**
