      Don't use this company or any insurance that uses them as their 3rd party Roadside Assistance company. They left us stranded in an unsafe area for HOURS. But the worst part was a towing company was on the way and Agero declined to pay the relatively small fee that would have rescued us. The dispacher had to waive off the driver who was enroute to save us, because Agero refused to pay. The Agero rep called me back and lied to me saying no company was willing to come and in essence we were on our own. They didn't follow up and save us at all. I called my own tow truck and got my own Roadside Assistance. I am now going to cancel my insurance through State Farm because they use this awful company... Look how many stars they have... Look at their terrible reviews and complaints. State Farm is losing customers.

      ***** totally *****. Wife was rear ended last Wednesday night and car was towed to a recovery yard while I notified State Farm. They were arranging to have car towed next morning to repair shop. Agero dropped the ball and never moved the car. After repeated calls to Statefarm the vehicle finally got moved 6 DAYS later and 6 storage fees too. Why State Farm uses these idiots is beyond me! Every claims agent I talked to confirmed they hear of these problems regularly. No wonder we pay so much for insurance in ***. Agero runs up claims with their incompetence via storage fees. Id give them less than 1 star if I could.

      My HD classic bike broke down ************************************ **. Called ** and told them that a nice Samaritan will let me keep it locked in his garage overnight . Made arrangements with ** that bike would be pick up at 12 pm the next day. 4 reps later nothing but lies. Finally called my insurance ** Dairyland and they got ball rolling. Bike finally left around 7:30 pm. Wow! Now I have someone calling today about incident and not sure its legit! Not a happy camper with Agero.

      This company is trash. They messed up the paperwork on my car. No one, not the tow company or the dealership knew who the car belonged to. My car was taken to a tow yard. I was expected to pay $$$ to get my car out and to tow it. I called agero and they denied all of this while I was at the dealership with the ************** Director. They lied and said I called for a tow after hours, it was at noon with drop off at 2pm, and they were not liable for anything. My car is still sitting with no resolution. It blows my mind that usaa would use a third party like this

      This company is the absolute WORST. I live in *******, and drove my 2013 ******* Accent to *********** for Labor Day weekend on Friday September 2. When I got to ***********, the car broke down, and became totally inoperative. My insurance policy with USAA covers roadside assistance to get your car to the nearest repair facility. I setup a tow, and they dispatched a driver from Quality Towing of ***********. The driver came and we took it to a repair shop in West **. When we got there, the shop was closed. And there was nowhere to safely or legally leave the car. The driver offered to take the car to Quality ******'s yard, call me the next morning and get my car to the repair shop. The next day, I called Quality towing, and I was told that they need a release form to get the car out and to the repair shop, and to call USAA to arrange that. Also, Quality towing told me that they don't release cars on weekends or holidays. I called USAA and eventually found that they contract their so-called roadside assistance to this Agero outfit. To make a long story short, my car is STILL locked up in Quality Towing's yard, USAA/Agero NEVER called Quality Towing to release my car, they keep sending tow trucks from other companies to pick up the car...but they can't because Quality won't release it, and with the storage fees, towing and other junk fees (which were NEVER disclosed to my by that initial tow truck driver)...it's going to cost more to get my car out of there that it's worth. I'm probably going to wind up losing the car. I would have expected better from USAA. If I do insure my next car with USAA...I will not sign up for their roadside assistance.

      ***y are in no hurry to move my car from Tow shop to repair shop and I don't understand why. It is a USAA managed claim. This company called me. I received a text that said Tow was coming ***** min. Never happened. It has been a week and I still don't have any idea of when they are going to tow my vehicle 10 miles. *** call center does absolutely nothing to solve the problem. ***y send it to a "designated" employee/team who remains nameless and there is no accountability. I am surprised USAA uses this company and will be sure to convey that to them.

      State Farm uses this so called company Agero IPT as their 3rd party towing vendor. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! DO NOT allow State Farm to call them if you need your vehicle towed. Had an accident on 9/4/22 @ 4pm.. Contacted State Farm because I have Roadside service on my policy. State Farm said they contacted a towing company and that they would be calling me in about 10 minutes with an eta. By the way I was T-boned and my vehicle was not drivable. I did not receive a phone call from Agero until 1:30am 9 1/2 hours after the accident. asking if my vehicle had been towed. I said if you did not pick up my vehicle it should still be on the side of the road. Fast forward 48 hours. My vehicle is still sitting on the side of the road. All State Farm can say is that they are sorry for the inconvenience. So I do a little research on Agero IPT and found a staggering amount of complaints and negative reviews regarding the company. STATE FARM WAKE UP!!!! Your 3rd party vendor is endangering the lives of your policy holders. But I guess you dont care as long as I pay my monthly premium. Shame on you State Farm and Agero IPT. I have been a customer of State Farm for 40 years. That relationship ends today.

      They outsource and have the worst people to assist you. They do not comprehend English and causes it take hours to get a service set up. If you were in need of serious help, we would be dead. I wish progressive would stop using them!

      Total rip off! Charged my insurance company 1,300.oo for a 20 mile tow. Then held my truck hostage for 5 days before even delivering it to the body shop! These people are horrible!
