      I had a car accident on 2/28/22 and Agero was the contracted towing complany assigned with towing my car from the tow yard to the repair facility. They allowed the car to sit in the tow yard for almost a month, using up all of my rental insurance for a rental. By the time the car finally got towed to the repair facility, it was 10 over the alloted time for a rental car and I was charged almost $600 for the overage that I had to pay out of pocket. Agero finally contacted me on 6/4/22 to arrange payment for the costs I insued. They promised to mail me a check on 6/21/22. It was due to arrive on 7/20/22 but never arrived. I emailed the company asking for an update, and they said they would mail out another check and to allow **** business days. On 8/15 I still had not received a check and emailed the company yet again. An employee called me at 8:04 am on 8/17 promising a check would be sent ***** and I would be provided a tracking number by 8/18, but I still have not received anything from them. They have dropped the ball on me 4 times in a row. This is unacceptable and I am livid with their complete and utter failure to follow through with anything. I do not recommend Agero to anyone.

      I have done tow jobs for agero and they will not pay they owe me for approximately 5 months worth of toes they will not respond to emails no one will answer a phone and when you go to their site and submit a ticket as they request no one responds to it I am a small company I paid for the insurance on my truck the fuel to do these jobs for them and the maintenance and they refuse to pay the money anyone that tows for them is a fool and they will beat you out of your money you do all the work you incur all the expense and they get all the profit do not work for a Agera

      We went back and submitted all the invoices a different way now they are denying all of them and actually have blocked me from using the ajiro support app still no one will answer a phone no one has responded to a ticket yet

      I m a provider and Agero just closes my account for no reason. Here I have Trucks payment and Drivers payroll and other expenses. Here I m planning to expand since Agero kept me busy. Right after I move in a new location they decided to put my account on HOLD. No communication whatsoever. No person I can physically talk to so the problem can be solved. I m here now in great stress coz Agero is the only motor club I was dealing with all these months.

      We have USAA for auto insurance and Agero is the 3rd party dispatch vendor. My 16-year old kid blew out a tire and called for a tow truck. He was told to leave the key in the car and leave the door unlocked. I found out the next morning that the tow truck never showed up even though the tow was marked "completed" in the system. When I got to his car, I found that the key had been stolen and our insurance card with our address was in plain view. I am concerned that the person who stole the key will steal the car from my house now that I have fixed the tire. I was escalated to a case manager with Agero who assured me that they would cover the cost to re-key the car and that their ***************** would be reaching out to me. The ***************** contacted me, had me send them an estimate, and then they refused to pay the $1400 to re-key the car. They simply said "I'm being told that we don't cover that." So basically, the case manager just told me they would take care of it to appease me, and then she let the ***************** tell me the bad news that they would not take responsibility for their mess up. This company should not be in business. Beware.

      This company is HORRIBLE! Do not entrust your children/daughters/wives with these people! They do NOT show up, they leave you for HOURS stranded, waiting, just to never show!!! Every last person I have spoken with seems nice but ends up being incompetent, leaving you to call over and over just to hear sorry and then have it happen ALL OVER AGAIN! You have to explain over and over what's going on leaving more frustrated with each call, just to have to call another company and pay out of pocket! I called at 1:30pm and by 7pm NO ONE SHOWED! They had a tow service then after hours they canceled and had to get another company that after hours of not showing I finally called and paid myself and then had to act out of character to get the FULL reimbursement back after such a horrible and dangerous experience! I called to set up another tow in advance for repair thinking that would help but no! Scheduling ahead they still didn't find anyone by the time and then HOURS later someone came! This is a scam! They are taking your money, have no real management so they claim and then if you get upset they just hang ** in your face and you have to call back and start over! I HATE this company and feel so ROBBED! What's the point of having a toad side assistance service that leaves you stranded?! Has incompetent staff throughout?! And they only thing they can offer is a half *** apology! Training must be hours of different ways to say I'm sorry!

      As a provider for this company. I would like to give everyone a warning!!!!! If you put in a claim and you are told they are sending you a provider out by the name of **** Rabit or HELP. It would be in your best interest to decline them. They subcontract out people which is against this company's policy. I have tried to address this issue with corporate for over 2 years. I have even sent them emails with recorded video, telephone conversations and pictures of this matter. The subcontractors do not have background checks, license, insurance or lettering on their vehicles, also it is against policy to hire subcontractors which are all requirements to be a service provider. You'll be lucky also if they ever show up to you without waiting for 2 or more hours. If you're reading this and have experienced anything like this, I would go to your local insurance company or call corporate office of your insurance provider to file a complaint.

      Agero is the provider for roadside assistance through my insurance State Farm. I should say non provider. I waited 4 1/2 hours in 88 degrees and finally left my car with the keys waiting for a tow truck. Was given a price of $42.00 and then when Agero gave the tow truck driver the wrong info I was forced to pay $166.75. Their reps are so RUDE, their supervisors are "imaginary friends" who don't have a phone number or extension or have "just left the building." My complaint has been forwarded to a "network management team" who does not have a name, phone number. I was told if I call back they will have no info on this. What that means in English is someone took my complaint and hit "delete." State Farm needs to wake up and Agero should not be allowed to do business ANYWHERE. I thought I was the only person this happened to but after reading these complaints the "powers that be" need to stop this insanity. How many people have died on the side of the road? Are we waiting to catch up to the number of deaths in school shootings?I wish I could leave a negative number of stars.

      After waiting almost 3 months for a membership card, I phoned customer service again. I was again told that the card would be in the mail.....but it would take an additional 6-8 weeks to arrive. Without a membership card, I would have a hard time showing that I was entitled to service. I cancelled membership, but they would not refund my payment; they would only refund a pro-rated amount. AVOID this service.

      My insurance company used this company to retrieve my vehicle from a tow yard after an accident and this company has to be one of the most difficult and lazy tow companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with, I got a call at 9am saying they attempted to pickup my vehicle but they needed a release form, which I had already filed the day before so I reached out to the tow yard and they confirmed they had my release order and that no one had yet attempted to pick up my vehicle, so this company is so lazy that they don't even attempt to pickup your vehicle before causing unnecessary delays and charges to you and your vehicle, not only that you'll leave to search through about 10 phone numbers before fining one that actually works to contact their service center and once you do get through the phone quality is so poor you can barely hear the representatives, 100% do not recommend using this company

      Having towing as part of my USAA coverage these crooks lied about my coverage and demanded money up front. Don't trust these folks as they only want to strong arm you into paying money for a covered tow.
