      no stars is more like it. This company contracts with ********************* to provide towing which they then subcontract out to THE WORST companies who just dont care about service at all and should not be in business - case in point Elevated Peoperties of ****** - try and find them. there are no reviews and its likely not a legit business. They were called at 12:00 yesterday (10 March) and said they were ****** minutes out. That time was never updated and by 8pm the tow still hadnt occurred, so service was cancelled. Next day 8am another company ************************** was dispatched meaning they hit the button to accept the service call. But by 12:00 they were still 120 minutes away. called a local towing company they were there in 20 minutes. Good towing companies that care about their customers WOULD NEVER contract with ********************** / ***********. Its sad that so many others will have to learn this the hard way. Lifes difficult enough - get AAA or some other quality towing roadside service company.

      S**** these assholes!!! I have insurance with roadside assistance on a vehicle. I bought another vehicle today and on my way to get insurance put on , I made a stop and got locked out of my truck .. running, and with my dog locked inside. I called my insurance, they dispatched roadside service to me , letting me know that my vehicle will be covered by my other vehicles roadside service for 14 days .. Even if I had insurance that day.. there would be no policy number ! So the guy shows up to help and he sees my vehicle is not the one he showed up to unlock.. I got my insurance guy on the phone and he even told the roadside guy this new vehicle is COVERED for this emergency service and to unlock my car!!! The guy proceeded to tell me he cannot do it and then got in his car and left me stranded !!! Thank god I was in a parking lot and someone let me use their phone to contact my insurance and a locksmith to come save me!! S**** these jerk faces. I couldnt understand anything this guy was saying and he looked at me like he wanted to slit my throat. Do not here these douchebags What if I was on the side of a highway and Im locked out my dog locked inside my truck running .. plus it was pouring down rain !

      Review for Agero Roadside Assistance A Complete Disaster If I could give no stars I would!!I am extremely disappointed with Agero Roadside Assistance and shocked that **** continues to use such a terrible company to service its members. My recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare.I was stranded on the side of a busy highway in a dangerous location, and instead of receiving prompt assistance, Agero canceled my request twice without any explanation. I was left waiting for over three hours with no updates, no support, and no sense of urgency from their team. Being in that situation was not only frustrating but also incredibly ********* is unacceptable for **** to partner with a company that fails to prioritize the safety of its members. Ageros lack of reliability and professionalism makes them the worst roadside assistance provider I have ever dealt with. **** needs to reconsider this partnership immediatelyno one should have to go through what I experienced. If youre a **** member, I strongly suggest finding an alternative roadside assistance provider before you end up in a similarly dangerous and infuriating situation.

      This is one of the absolute worse companies I have ever experienced in my life. We called for a tow truck at 9am. They told us the truck would be there in 30 minutes. We sat and waited and waited and even called the tow company who said they would be there shortly. Two hours later, they still did not show up. Called and Agero said oh the driver cancelled and not available. They dispatched another person at 1100pm it is now 1 am and not only did Agero not call me to tell me that it was canceled, they were so nonchalant about it and was like we will schedule another one at 8am! My son was stranded waiting for a tow truck. If you cannot fulfill the requests, then find someone else to help!

      Absolutely terribke company!!!!!! State farm used them to find me a tow company- took over 3 hours for the so called company to come!!!! It was dark out and i was terrified!!!! They came in a beat up van reeking of marjuana and said i needed a new battery and charged me 345. I wanted to be towed but with an old van they could not. Do not ever use this company!!!!!!!! Algero said for my inconvenience they would send me $25 gift card!!!!! Can you imagine all the stress they put me thru for 3 hours in the dark!!!! ******** is customer service is the worst too!!!! She could care less if you suffered

      This company is a third party vendor for USAA roadside assistance. They would not send someone out to help my daughter who had a blown out tire on her truck. Their story kept changing. First they were coming out to change the tire, then for safety reasons they were going to tow the truck to a safe location before they changed tire, after waiting on them for at least 2 hrs she received a notification that her ticket has been canceled. A friend came and got her off the side of the road because at this point it was dark and 9 pm so she had to leave her truck on the side of the highway. Her and her friend tried to change the tire themselves but didn't have the right ******** the following day my husband called USAA to file a complaint and ask what happened. Agero reopened the ticket and said someone could meet her at her truck between 3-5 pm and they would call when they were 30 minutes out. Around 5 pm they cancelled her ticket for the second time. Needless to say she ended up having to change the tire herself. What good is roadside assistance if they won't come and help you when you need it? Would not recommend this company.

      Negative 100 stars! I requested a tow truck for a mechanical failure, after two hours, a car shows up with jumper cables, which was useless! I am still waiting for a tow truck, four hours later, after my second service request.The representatives are based outside the ** and there are consistent problems with dropped calls. This is a terrible company. Nationwide should be ashamed for using them with large number of bad reviews they have received.

      Screwed us out of money, claimed we damaged a tire change (lol) stole 900$ from us even after providing proof of the job done right, even sent an email stating we are not liable for the damages then took 900$ weeks have proof of all and will be filing a class action lawsuit , beware the idiotic lady mrs ******** claims the spare looked wrong but knows nothing about tire changes or wheels, we have proof and will personally name her in our lawsuit! BEWARE OF THIS **********************

      They do anything and everything they can to overbill every possible client, goes to every measure possible to cover it up and even end contracts to avoid it being called out. They will send information to customers pretending to be the service provider then lie and say someone else did it. They will change review scores and lie on the customers saying they did it. They will change customers addresses to bill them numerous times. They have lied in almost every email addressing these things. They retaliate in whatever way they can for calling out their fraud. They ended a contract with us because they didn't want to explain more than $10,000.00 dollars they were showing in our revenue that we didn't earn or get paid for nor add charges their employees had went back and added to our profile. We have all the information the Attorney General of NC or the US Attorney General would need to close this company if they wanted to.
