      Horrible company I was only about 15 minutes from my house but said they didn't have any towing available although I live outside city limits but said there next availability was at 8am. I didn't want to put my spare on in the early am of hours because my tire which is off the rim and had to move it a few feet since my car is low to the ground so probably did more damage to the rim. It only took me 10 minutes to put the spare on. Who waits until 8am to get a tow assistance when it's 1am. They need to do better glad that I'm a mechanic with since and wanted to be safe and found a store to change my tire. Roadside should have availability at all times. Nobody should have to wait more than 2 hours for a tow or assistance.

      Negative 10 STARS Agero apparently has a contract with ************************, was assigned to my Claim to retrieve my automobile that was in an accident in ********* on October 3 2024. My vehicle was located at ******************* on ***************** MA on October 3. Interstate was told that Liberty would be picking up the car and said I didnt need to sign a release. I relayed this information to my Liberty Claims Adjuster But on Monday I got a call from the Claims Adjuster telling me that I must call Interstate to give a verbal release. I called immediately, the person at Interstate was rude. On Tuesday I received a call from Agero in ******* MA asking me for the *************** # of Interstate. I told the person from Agero to contact **************. The next day, Wednesday, I received another call from Agero in ******* asking me what the payout amount was to release the car. I pay ************** insurance premiums - why would Agero think I had this information. I later found out that Agero went to retrieve my car with the wrong type of Tow Truck. On Oct 3, I had sent Liberty Mutual a picture of my damaged vehicle on a Flatbed tow truck after the accident. I eventually learned my vehicle was not towed from ****** by Agero to the Auto Body shop in ****** until Thursday October 10. It took 7 days which is unacceptable and at Interstates fee of $942.70 it is outrageous. This cost will not impact Agero - their fee on top of Interstate was an additional $175.90 And of course it will not adversely impact Liberty Mutuals bottom line. The insurance company will build this into their premium increases to consumers. The incompetence, lack of communication, mismanagement, intentional delay in getting my vehicle to a Repair Shop by **************, Agero their Vendor and Interstates intentional delay tactics should be investigated. They all are complicit in scamming consumers. I could have had the Auto Body Shop tow my car on October 3 the day of the accident.

      I want to give NO STARS this company does not care about anything but money and they are hired really cheap buy the insurance companies that continue to raise rate and give crappy service like this company. If you find that your insurance uses this roadside cancel the roadside and buy a private roadside. They blew a *** buy placing the jumper cable backwards and never accepted responsibility or paid anything but my insurance company had too, and naturally raised my rate.

      The first and last time I used this service, they made me pay money that my insurance company was supposed to reimburse me for and now they're acting crazy and I have to pay now and nothing appears as if I were a ghost... swoop and sentry daily... tremendous service

      They towed my car and dropped it off the tow truck causing damage. They then denied it happened and refused to pay damages even though I had police on a new and eyewitnesses. They are a terrible company. I'm going to take them to court in order for then to pay. They do t even make phone calls of come out to look at damage. All they do is email once a week. ******.

      If I could, I would give them a MINUS 5 stars! I feel this is who State Farm is going to have doing their roadside and towing, I think I'm going to switch back to my old insurance company. This Agero company SUCKS!!! I was in an accident and called ********** to tell them. My car was not driveable at this point. They gave me the claim number and then called for a tow truck to come get my car and take it to the shop. 4 hours later and I'm still sitting there and I'm again on hold trying to find out when my car was being picked up. Finally the ** representative came back on line and told me that she wasnot getting anyplace and tha she was going to switch me over to the tow company line and that I would have to wait for the tow company to answer. I could tell that call hadn't disconnected even though I couldn't hear anything. FINALLY someone came on and I had to give them ALL the same information I had given the insurance company. Then they as said that they couldn't find the claim number or anything except the message that I needed a tow. Then when we got that straightened out , I was told that they could dispatch a truck for me but that it would be at least 4 hours before it got there! Sorry, but that's when I lost it. I said I had already been waiting 4 hours. I told them to just pick the van up at my house.The guy driving the tow truck that had picked up the other vehicle, called the guy with the other car to get my number. He asked if the guy had ever shown up. I told him no but that I was on my way home. Before he had left to drop off the other car, he pulled the fender up off the tire for me. It was drivable. I thanked him again and said that I was on my way home. It is now 2:07 am and no tow truck! I'm going to take it to the shop myself Monday morning!

      Called 9/22 to set up a tow for 9/23.Vehicle is disabled and we find a safe place to stay, only accessible by hours on public transportation. Each day we head out as early as possible in order to be at the vehicle when the tow arrives.9/23: They called and cancelled, rescheduled for 9/24.9/24: They called and cancelled, told us to figure it out and maybe we can get reimbursed. We spent the day on the phone figuring things out. Scheduled tow for evening of 9/25.9/25: Receive text that tow is scheduled for 8am. We have no way to be there at the scheduled time, but we HAVE to be there at the scheduled time. Still awaiting a tow at the time of writing this. I would add my personal info but I have no trust in this ** and feel rather sure they would take retaliatory action in response, like not ever showing up. Cuz they **** bad.

      Have been doing work for this company for several years they do not care about us tow providers or customers ***** has been ignoring my business same with the head ceo for several months. Will not return phone calls or emails very very very unprofessional. Hope they get bought out or new ownership one day us towing companies generate there company income and they just keep burning us.

      On August 31, 2024, my dad's car broke down while he was driving from ******* to ********. I called the road service from our insurance company, **********, which is contracted with Agero for the tow service. I made the call at 8:30 am and paid $270 out of pocket for the tow service because my policy only covered 12 miles. The operator assured me that the tow truck would arrive soon to pick up my dad. However, after waiting for over an hour, I called again, and the operator said it would take another 30 minutes. This pattern continued, and my dad wasn't picked up until 11:40 am. My dad, who is 79 years old, had to wait for over three hours in 94-degree heat without air conditioning. This is unacceptable. If I had known how unreliable Agero's service was, I would have chosen a private tow company that could have arrived sooner and charged less. It's distressing that my dad had to endure such harsh conditions because of Agero's delays. Something needs to be done about this, as it's putting lives in danger.
