Joining the s**res of dissatisfied customers. Our insurance **. **ntracts the roadside assistance out to Agero. We had an issue with all warning/emergency lights **ming on on interstate 70 while traveling. Called at 4 pm and asked for assistance from closest major town (20 miles away) due to **ncerns about finding assistance in middle of nowhere in ******** and was told they **uld not do that, they had to **ntact closest option even though they had a hard time finding our location. Was told local option would **ntact us but we called them, due to **ncerns about where we were. They did not know what we were talking about and did not even have a tow truck and unsure other service station did either. Kept getting texts that they had escalated the request with various estimates of ETA 7-9 pm, **** pm and finally 7-9 am the next morning. They obviously thought we were sitting on side of interstate all night because we received a call at 6 am to see if we were still with the car. Thankfully we had resources to **ntact towing ** ourselves. Our insurance ** has been great and assisted with filing a claim which **vered the tow **st. They also assisted with trying to file a **mplaint which has been handled by Agero as abysmally as the call for help. An awful **mpany but so many insurance **mpanies/roadside assistance groups appear to use them that there really are no other options

Like many other customers, we have been scammed by this company. They made up lies not to cover damages incurred by their towing company. They were non responsive except for the weekend I got the same canned email 48 times every hour on the hour. Shame on ******************* for being affiliated with such garbage.

As a small business owner we strive to do the work that we are in the business of doing. For a year and a half now. Agero and Swoop have committed breach of contract with my company. They have agreed to a quoted job amount and once the job is done and the payment is process they go back into the account and take a portion of not all of the money. And then say things like another company did the job. Not when you have the pictures the customer and the email all proof of job execution. They tell lies like we have business advocate support. Thats just more BS. Those people will say we cannot help you with your problem you can only email to resolve the issue meanwhile your funds are stolen and theres not accountability or support to fight back. I am now interested in teaming up with other tow truck companies and starting a class action lawsuit to fight Agero and end this white collar crime. They are stealing, breaking contracts and using the chargeback method to **** the little money we have after expenses like insurance, gas maintenance and all this other overhead. Please email info@mandingotowing subject class action suit against Agero and swoop. Together we can.

My son's truck broke down and my insurance company setup roadside through Agero which then Agero subcontracted it out to Kevo towing and Recovery to tow the truck. While unloading the truck the driver lost a skate and dropped my son's truck(driver even admitted it to me)causing $8,000 in damage. Our truck has been in shop for 2 mths waiting for Agero to settle the claim just to find out Agero is only covering $3,000 of the damage. Now I have to submitt the remainder that they have denied through my insurance company Liberty Mutal and wait for my insurance to go up. The adjuster **************** has been a total jerk!!! This company along with **** (Mr. ****** shouldn't be in business they are both crooked. I've had so many issues with both of these companies throughout this whole process. It's been a nightmare. I don't even want to have another tow through Liberty. It's a shame you can't even trust the company that's supposed to be taking care of you.

I can't figure out who is worse, them or State Farm, who use these ********* Salesman. All of my vehicles are insured through State Farm. On October 13, 2023, one of my vehicles broke down in **********, **. My son called State Farm to get a tow, while I called to get a rental car to get us to our final destination. My son accidentally gave them the policy number for one of our other vehicles. When the tow truck arrived I was not given any information other than where hte vehicle was being taken to. I received a bill for $166.10 for the towing even though I have tow insurance through State Farm. After weeks and weeks of going back in forth with Agero and State Farm, I still have yet to receive an invoice for the towing so that I can get reimbursed. State away from Agero and I would recommend using another ***************** other than State Farm.

My car was *************************** about half a foot of muddy water. I called roadside assistance expecting a basic tow and get me on the road. The tow company came and he suggested I file an accident claim just in case they damage the car. I told him I wasnt worried about damages. My car is almost 10 years old. He proceeds to tow, takes the car key from my friend, and says he wont release my car until the insurance company pays for it. He doesnt allow me to get my home keys, drivers license or work items from car. My insurance company tells me it is deemed a recovery tow and he is correct for taking it. Only issue is I called and authorized roadside assistance. If more needed to be done, that is MY choice to make. I could have paid out of pocket for a recovery tow from a different company and had my car the same night. I end up having to file a claim at that point since he had my car, deemed a collision smh. Not sure what I collided with. The driver doesnt respond to texts or calls so Im locked out of my home also. Refuse adjuster review, get my car back 2 days later, miss work. The only issue with my car is a bunch of grass underneath and the front cover was dragging on the ground. $32 repair at my local tire shop. Dont recommend this fraudulent practice or their drivers they contract.

This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Working with them as a provider has been absolutely horrible. They shut down your account without any notice. You have to call the *** group and they cannot help you and the higher level "do not have phones". This is a huge company that has their teams overseas. People do not understand what a HWY is or anything for that matter. They do not understand the danger and risk of towing and they do not care about the ** or the customer. There is literally no one to speak with that will help you. I hope the insurance companies find a new company to provide roadside assistance through.

This company is horrible. My truck was damaged by one of their roadside assistance people. I had to come out of pocket to fix. 5 times and every time I call, they have to call back in 72 hours. but they never call back. This is total bs! makes no sense whatsoever. This is beyond unprofessional, fraudulent, and negligent. I will be taking further action against them for sure.

Agero has been the most frustrating company Ive ever dealt with. I waited 3 days for a tow and even after they asked for my time zone they still continued to call and schedule service 2 hours earlier than planned. They refuse to give a refund because service has been completed and they misrepresented themselves and told me they were a Progressive agent when they called. So frustrating.
