      I booked a tour through Viator. I later found a better price directly through the tour company. Viator told me that they would honor their Price Guarantee, so I kept my booking with them rather than canceling through them and rebooking directly. They are now saying that they will not honor it, even though they accepted the information that I provided. I will never use them again because they do not honor their price match guarantee. Very frustrated by their dishonesty and runaround.

      I used their service and used a promotional service to receive 12% back, which they will not honor even though they have a partnership that is clearly stated.

      Phone # doesnt work email no response app didnt work couldnt pull my ticket.They didnt email me a ticket it just goes to the app yet app wasnt working.ops!! We are sorry an error occurred!!!wont my money back.

      Do not book a trip w/this company viator!!! Do ur reviews! They have a million of them that are terrible cuz their customer service is awful. They're not about customer service, they're not about making their customers happy, they're not about completing trips people pay for-the only thing they care about is $ & the moment they get urs, whether u get the trip u pay for or not, u'll never get ur $$$ back cuz they're in kahoots w/TripAdvisor & apparently that big name, or title, means it's ok to rip people off for their $$ when they don't receive the service they pay for. I've always had an amazing experience w/PayPal & getting my $ back for things that either I didn't order or I didn't receive, however in this case, PayPal denied the refund cuz this company again, is in cahoots w/TripAdvisor. We booked a boat tour in ****** that was sched'd to depart at 4:15 p.m. & while we showed up at 4:15, they were already gone from the loading dock & refused to give us a refund. We sat at the bar on the dock for 3 hrs waiting for this boat tour & when we arrived-we were denied our trip, told there would be no refund & then PayPal backed them up. Disgusted AND completely ruined our trip to ******. I have been working w/PayPal for at least 10 yrs now & after this nonsense, I'll be deleting their account & starting to use Venmo or cash app for all my trips. No one should ever have to pay for something that they NEVER received. And the fact that PayPal stood next to them cuz they're a "big name company" is horse s*** as every complaint on the Better Business website & every other site w/complaints against viator, shows their business model has nothing to do ************************ to do with the $ they make regardless of providing a service. If you want a great experience in ******-go down to the ************* something in person - seems like that's the only way to get an honest transaction & to know exactly what ur supposed to do in order to actually receive the service u pay for.

      I booked with Viator and the tour they arranged left without me and 4 others with poor communication and instructions. Viator would not resolve the issue.

      I had booked ****** ** ****** ********* show (May 27th 2023)from Viator wesbite. My credit card was charged ($269.97) as soon as I made that booking. Viator issued me a voucher through email that needed to be redeemed at the ticketing counter at the event venue in ********* in person. When I went to the ticketing counter on the day of the event, I was told that Viator had canceled my tickets. Viator didn't notify me or send me any email regarding cancellations. As frustrating and shocking this incident was, I contacted their customer service for a refund but haven't heard from viator since.I have written multiple emails regarding this matter but haven't got any refund.

      ***************** to get tickets for Museum of natural history using their site on cell phone. First attempt we received no response by email confirming purchase so attempted again with different card and received confirmation but never tickets. I found out later we were charged twice. I contacted them and they said they were given wrong email and I know this is untrue. I would recommend not doing any business with this company.

      Viator cancelled our tickets 10 minutes before our entry time for ************* in ****. We purchased tickets a month in advance only to be cancelled and the tickets were sold out for the rest of our stay in ****. We got a full refund but it does not help that we missed this opportunity. We will probably never be in **** again, we are from *******. Just book directly from the place you're trying to get in, or find a different agency.

      They did not refund mewhen we bought 5 tickets for a bus ride, air boat tour. Which was $380. We Purchased these tickets 2 hours before start time. Arrived to meeting location showed our online purchase and man tells ** there is no more room on bus. Contacted several people for refund which did not happen. Left a bad review on trip advisor website and a representative said how sorry he was and to contact a complaint site for a refund. Emailed them twice with no response. Its been 2 months now. Very unprofessional

      I had a reservation for the Half Day *** Mojave Dessert Tour scheduled for May 8 from 12noon - 4pm. My tour guide personnel Desire did not show. The backup tour guide personnel started the tour late which resulted in returning back to the *************** late. Because of this I missed my next excursion. I was not able to participate in the *** tour. I asked the tour guide if he could switch my *** because the one I had was malfunctioning. This request was denied. You could clearly see that maintenance was needed on that particular ***. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $200.00. I attempted to resolve this issue with customer service and was denied.
