      I typically only write positive reviews, but after nearly 6 months of dealing with this company, I am not sure what else to do. I ordered the Shark Cordless Pet Plus nearly 6 months ago. I tried it once and found it to be extremely underpowered especially for the price of nearly $400. I called and was guaranteed a full refund upon them receiving the item back. Luckily I asked for tracking information from Fed-Ex and once it showed that they had scanned it back at Shark I called to inquire about my refund. I have now called every month since it was returned and receive the exact same song and dance. Every time I call the customer service agent explains that I should have received a full refund but they see that I have not. They then every time tell me that they have escalated the issue and I will see a refund on my account within 3-5 business days. I have never received a refund. Every time I call I am refused the opportunity to speak with someone who can tell me why I still have not received my guaranteed refund. I am now to the point of working with my credit card company to do a fraudulent charge report since they are lying to me month after month and refusing me a guaranteed refund. NEVER buy from this company.

      I bought a EuroPro 619 several years ago with a sticker advertising "free filters for life" It has a HEPA filter that worked well, but over time gets impossible to clean. I called "customer service", asking for my free filter, and got so much run around. they asked if i bought an extended warranty. I insisted I didn't need one., went on a video call to show them sticker. they denied the claim because they didn't see a Shark tm on the sticker, and it was probably something the retailer put on it.I can't even get the product to pop up on their website to even buy. I guess the life of a gnat is when I could get one. The worst part of the experience was how unhelpful the service rep was. If it the machine was obsolete just tell me.

      One year waranty on blender does not cover the pitcher. After a 30 minute video chat with Asia I need to purchase a new pitcher to at $25.00 to determine if the problem is in the base unit. What a waste.

      I purchased a 13pc set of NINJA pots and pans in 2021. I did not realize that one of the pans was "out of round". I contacted Shark/NINJA and they resolved my problem (I think). It took a little patience on my part but everything was resolved in the end. Now I just need to wait for the replacement........I was supposed to receive a tracking number in my email, but never got one. Not sure if I'll receive my replacement, or they were just "blowing smoke". **************** was non- existent.In regard to the pans......these are the best pots and pans I have ever bought.

      I hardly ever write reviews but this company makes it difficult for their customers. Shark will NOT replace the product despite having purchased a warranty and trouble shooting countless times. I will never purchase another product from them again. Customer service is terrible. Bad experience all the way around.

      I've got a ninja ce200 it was worth every ***** I have been using it for two years now and it works just as good as the day I got it makes coffee pretty quick and very hot I love it

      I have had my shark vacuum less than an a year. It stopped working. I read my warranty and called. They had me trouble shoot on video chat. They determined the part that was messed up was the one part not covered by their warranty. I even read the verbiage to her. Part was $79.99 plus tax and $22 shipping . I told her I wanted to speak to manger. She then offered me 50% off. I again asked to speak to a manger. She then told me she would send it out at no cost and I would jus pay the $22 shipping. I never did get to talk to a manager. I asked her if she could show me where it says in my warranty the bottom of my vacuum wasnt covered and she couldnt. Ill probably never buy a shark again

      Ninja product performed quite well but when it came to customer service have to say very dissatisfied. When requiring replacement parts could only purchase in US dollars. Finding the information and calling ordering required parts through ******** site I find this to be poor adding extra costs for exchange . The product is widely available at many ******** retail outlets but it doesn't appear that Ninja really has support system at a reasonable cost to its ******** customers. Would not purchase another Ninja product.

      Worst customer service and experience with a company. I bought the creami and accessories during a memorial day sale for Father's **** The accessories were delivered first and shortly after the creami. I didn't think anything was wrong. I started getting email invoices from another email address with a different amount than the original invoice amount saying I owed money for the creami that I was delivered. I thought it was a scam and ignored it- I was already shipped my product! So, by time I got the third notice, I reached out to the original email address that I received the original invoice to let them know there are conflicting emails and I think it's a scam. They reach out and say it's not a scam and I owe 220 dollars which was more than the original invoice. I then contact PayPal since I used PayPal to purchase the product. PayPal notifies me that the merchant had ****** let the link expire or they cancelled the transaction. However, the merchant can send a reauthorization. I reach back to customer service and they tell me it's too late, they sent my account to collections. After tons of calling and back and forth. I'm in limbo, my account isn't yet at collections and Ninja won't deduct the PayPal payments they already recoup'd $64. It's been a horrible experience. I do not recommend. Just buy at a retailer and save yourself. This is some Mickey ***** operation with to many cogs in the machine. The website discounts don't work when they split your shipment. They don't apply them and charge you more.

      Never buy anything from this company! Shark has the worst products and the worst costumer service! I have had two of the shark robots over the course of two years now and they always have an issue with their drive wheel after about a year of daily use! How do you sell a product that cannot be used daily without it failing and then not honor your customers by replacing it when it fails! Of course they only give a 1 year warranty on a product that is $600 knowing full well it wont work after a year and then when you call the best they can do is 30% off and tell me if I dont like it i can buy used on ***** Then when you ask to speak to someone else they claim they will have someone call you in two hours only to never call back! This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please anyone who is thinking of buying a robot vacuum do everything you can to avoid buying shark! Im just beyond disgusted with how I have been treated and how terrible their products are.
