      If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a Shark Navigator Lift Away vacuum . We had one for ten years that we loved but when it's casing finally broke we decided to purchase a new one. The second one we purchased has not worked from day one. The motorized rollers do not spin. Nothing. They just stick to the ground. ***************** after thoroughly viewing the machine through a video chat, and agreeing that it doesn't work, refused to replace the motor roller part - most important part - without charging $71 because it's considered a "wearable part" which implies it wears out. This did not wear out. It has not worked from the first day! We are livid and will never buy another Shark. Please warn other consumers about the poor customer service of **********************.

      I recently purchased a Shark Air Purifier (601) for my home and was impressed enough to buy a smaller version (401) for my bedroom. While the unit was good, the remote didn't work out of the box. I checked the battery with a test meter, and the voltage was perfect. The remote for the 601 unit worked on both the 601 and the 401, so I knew it was not the unit. I called customer service and spoke to someone in the air purifier section, who really sounded miserable and unhappy to be helping me. After going through a video chat to show the remote wasn't working, the reluctantly agreed to send me a new remote, but made it clear that they were doing me a favor. I received the remote, but here is the odd thing: the remote had a battery activation paper to keep the battery from discharging until used, but NO battery! I put in the battery from the non-working remote that came with the unit, but the replacement remote didn't work. So, I called a second time and, this time, got a very nice person who apologized for sending me a remote like that and promised to make sure I got a new remote this time. Well, I just got the remote and pulled out the battery activation paper and tried it. It did not work (AGAIN). So, I checked the battery and - once again - there was NO battery in it. I put in the good battery, but it still didn't work. So, I once again (3rd time) called Shark and got another unhappy and unhelpful person who made me once again go through the video call nonsense and made me show the battery in the unit (the battery door has a s**** to undo) and prove it wasn't working. After that, she wanted me to, again, open up the remote and show her the battery a second time. When I explained that these remotes must not be new because neither of the replacement remotes they sent me had batteries but had a battery activation paper sticking out, she said "our remotes don't come with batteries"!       We bought a shark robot cleaner on line 2 hrs after purchased we received a cancelation of purchase notice, we called to find out why and the answer was...we understand your frustration and u can buy the product from a distributor, no reason for cancelation was offered lady was very rude, won't buy ever again from them.

      I had a rep name ****** he is so rude and argumentative with a customer, I video recorded the advertisement on 8/21/2022 to make sure that I would receive what I was purchasing. I informed him of what was expected with the offer I literally recorded and he was argumentative saying I was wrong that it was to different products, I exsplaned that it was only one product and I was looking at the video. I will be reporting this to BBB . My husband have purchased before however I will never purchase nothing from shark again.

      DO NOT BUY THE CFP301. I purchased a SharkNinja CFP301 coffeemaker. $185 When using the kcup adaptor, it exploded coffee all over my kitchen walls. After multiple calls and escalations with customer service, they replaced the unit and I shipped the old one back. The new unit, doesn't explode the kcups, it just makes a cup of coffee FULL OF GROUNDS (undrinkable). Their customer service is terrible! They admitted there is a known issue with the coffee maker, but are insisting I CUT THE POWER CORD to the coffee maker they'llBEFORE ship me a new one. That means I wouldn't be able to use the pot of coffee option for 3-5 days. I agreed to cut the cord AFTER GETTING THE NEW UNIT, but they will not agree. I have another open customer service ticket. They were also trying to charge me $21 for the service. It makes a great FULL POT of coffee, but the Kcup adaptor is terrible.

      Bought a Shark NV358 Vacuum Cleaner and within a year the handle broke off, making it impossible to push the vacuum around. I called the company to see if they could help with the issue since the vacuum is still fairly new, but they would not help or offer a discount to buy another one. This is an awful company and I will not buy another product from them ever for their lack of care for their customers.

      Purchase 2 Shark blow dryers to the tune of 175 each on May 11,2022. 2 months later it start over heating. I did everything it comes with a Brush to clean the filer in the back used it after each use . Called them to see if I could exchange it . They put me on a video chat to prove it was not working properly and then proceeded to ask me to cut the cord in the video and they would mail me a new one. I was pretty upset to say the least that would leave me with nothing until the new one arrived!!! I demanded my money back. **************** acted like they were doing me a favor by giving my money back she said the warranty from Shark direct was only 30 days . I told her not according to my paperwork its ***************************** I will never ever purchase a Shark product ever again. You wont be doing me any favor by getting my business ever again .

      I bought a shark robot vaccum which is suppose to map your house which never does, I've been trying to get this to map my house fir over a year trying all the trouble shoots. Deleting the map and starting over, moving things out of the way, turning on the lights so it can navigate but not too sunny either as per sharks recommendations. Moving the base to a more central place in my house, It was ****** of wasted money.

      I purchased the Shark Stratos vacuum with extra accessories and steam mop, a few days later the exact vacuum and attachments through a Shark Infomercial were advertised for $200 less!! I called Shark **************** as my only recourse is to return and reorder???

      Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The process seems designed to burn out the customer so that they might just go away. There is no recourse for you if you have an issue, instead, the customer can experience an incredibly frustrating, slow series of phone calls that last hours, and then no resolution to your issue. I purchased a Shark AI Robot VACMOP Pro, and it's total garbage - it does not respond to the app, goes to places that it is not suppose to (for fire prevention reasons, like chewing up electrical chords), the mopping attachment broke very quickly, and it essentially cleans only one room of the house, or vacuums one part of that one room and then goes back to it's base. I worked with Shark customer services for MONTHS, patiently completing each step of the process as they requested to prove that the machine is simply a lemon and should be eligible for replacement. My case was then passed to a supervisor who I was told would call me and "make it right". They never called. I have called Shark three more times to be told I would get a call, and no call has come. I've been a Shark customer for years and I just don't understand how difficult it would really have been to call me, offer an apology and discount if nothing else. I tried to leave a review of the product, but they don't allow for customer reviews on their website. Likely being they would be similar to my own. I am now leaving this review on BBB in hopes that other people don't repeat my mistake in trying to purchase or work with Shark to resolve an issue.
