      I have been having issues with examity since i started but this is the last straw. Yesterdays I was unable to take my test because as soon as i shared my screen my camera goes out! It has to be something with examity system because i was not the only person having these issues. I used a Chromebook initially but the i used my other pc and it still did not work. So today i ask for a refund and i am denied because they claimed i just had a Chromebook but yet I changed laptops! All i know is I wasnt notified about the Chromebook but i always have a back up. I have used 8 diff computers for testing with examity all had issues so it has to be something with examity. O want my refund! I did not take the test because of examity system my pc up to date and has internet straight from the router.

      We were able to process a one-time courtesy credit for you due to your webcam not working. However, we regret to inform you that, after carefully researching this case, and because you were unable to take your exam due to your device's incompatibility for the exam, we will not be able to process another refund.

      The university and your instructor have set guidelines and a working platform for your exam. We apologize for the inconvenience. You may contact your instructor directly for further clarification.
