      I was applying for a bilingual job. I have to take six assessments they were all through this ******* service they are rude and incompetent. The customer service is no help and they dont have set rules that they all follow.I am a veteran with PTSD and one of them wanted me to make sure there was no light in the room because my desk was in front of a window I told them I have no lamp or a light and him I need natural light I showed them my whole room they still were condesendin and insisted. There is no customer service to put a complaint in they all work as a team and look out for each other. Someone should be monitoring this company and we have no choice because thats what the job we apply for uses.

      I wish I could rate this lower. I just finished taking my first test through them, and the most stressful part of the test was going through the whole song and dance of showing my ID and showing around my room, as well as installing a browser plugin which I'm sure is spyware, and basically hijacked my browser, closing all my chrome tabs and god knows what else they did, probably stole all my information too. I have two more tests scheduled with them so hopefully it's not as painful.

      Password would not take. (Yes, I made sure I entered correctly) then I was just kicked out. Once kicked out, customer service says there is nothing that can be done. Good luck trying to reschedule. Cannot even log into dashboard. **************** is not in US. I could barely understand them, they could barely understand, service rep and manager really sounded like all they do is pick up the phone to apologize.

      Had a worst experience with examity today. The ******* took so long to do the initial scan of the room and even asked me to open my cupboard and show her nobody was inside the cupboard. I felt violated and unsafe and this added a lot more anxiety to the exam than I anticipated.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. The proctors are difficult to understand because they talk too fast and mumble. Their systems are not reliable. I scheduled 2 separate tests, bought 2 separate webcams, and used 2 different computers. Each time before my exam I tested my settings, connection, and equipment with no issues. The moment you screenshare with them, the video and sound switch back and forth constantly. Trying to communicate with them during this is frustrating, but trying to get your ******* that doesn't speak English is even more frustrating. The first ******* had remote access to my computer somehow and was messing with my settings which I was extremely uncomfortable with.Second, since Examity does not take accountability for having technical issues it falls back on the test taker and my test was counted as a no-show DESPITE BEING 15 MINUTES EARLY. Luckily, my school saw through them lying about the issue being on my part after reviewing the video recording. However I still had to pay $100 to reinstate my voucher. The pathetic thing is this is the SECOND EXAM I've had this issue with. I'm extremely upset because I only had to take the exam once. I had 2 vouchers included in my course payment. Now, I'm expected to pay $100-200 to cover this excuse of a 'reliable company's s**** **** I initially thought the electronic exam would be in my best interest since live testing is over 2 hours away at 8 am EST, instead I'm having to get a hotel room, travel expenses, pay for voucher reimbursement. Don't even get me started on the random spam calls I've been getting the last few days. This company is a joke and a scam. I hope they go out of business. If you're going to ******* at least have people that can communicate and are stateside instead of trying to connect to people on the other side of the world when your system can't even handle video connections.

      I felt violated, unsafe, disrupted, and disrespected during my experience with Examity. My ******* also asked me to unplug a printer that was not in use, remove all the paper from it, unplug a computer monitor that wasn't even plugged in (then prove it), slowly go around my room twice, I held my ID up to the camera for so long that I genuinely believe the ******* was writing my information down while he turned his camera off to view my ID, interrupted me 3 times in the first question, called my desk messy, had me remove ALL items that were not a pencil calculator water bottle notes scratch paper and laptop, among a slew of other unreasonable and invasive requests. I eventually had a PTSD attack and seizure as a result of the high levels of stress associated with using this service. I had gone 3 months without a seizure and was finally driving again and regaining my freedom. This experience ruined that for me. I would give negative stars if I could.

      Examity is truly the worst proctoring service. I tried to launch my exam and when it wouldnt open, I chatted with the online help. They provided no solution and made me wait 10 minutes, which caused me to miss my entrance deadline. After trying to receive a refund, they would not issue it. This proctoring service is a joke and their team members offer no assistance to any real problem, which will always be experienced with this service.

      Examity is an absolute joke. If you want to deal with incompetent people from ***** then this place is for you. Nothing better then having to argue with a terrible rep for 30 mins prior to taking a 3hr exam. Totally unacceptable service. No none Zero **** based support.

      Took over 30 min for them to get me set up to do my exam, and once the woman came onshe wasted so much time on my external webcam, and getting me to reinstall zoom. In the middle of the exam she accused me of having earphones which was untrue. I got so upset and needed to take a break. This exam was at midnight after working and then studying all day to prepare.By me taking a break I didnt realize I had 10 open questions which now I couldnt answer because I took a break. Of course I didnt pass my exam and there's absolutely no accountabilty on the part of examity.
