Where is the zero rating??? And why do professors choose them for exams without considering their review but rather put students in chaos???On the day of my exams, I could neither connect to a ******* nor proceed to the exams and it took more than an hour before someone showed up. Had to cancel it because I was filled with so much rage that I could barely sit the exams! Students should never go through this to write their exams especially when they have paid for it! Absolute crap!Examity, Inc.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. This platform is HORRIBLE. I paid for an exam that was supposed to begin within 15 minutes of being scheduled. I completed all steps and made the payment. I usually receive an email confirming the exam and it would be listed on the dashboard. However, I received neither option so I reached out to Examity. Of course, no one knows what you're speaking of when you contact them. They requested an invoice/order number for me that I never received. I explained this multiple times, however, they continued to tell me there was nothing they could do...MIND YOU THEY CHARGED MY CARD!In addition to this, my previous testing experiences with them were horrible also. The proctors always do things differently, it takes FOREVER TO CONNECT TO A *******, sometimes the proctors are busy talking to their coworkers when you initially connect so you have to wait for them to pay attention and get you started, they take forever ending the session with you, there's a language barrier, and none of them seem to be properly and/or thoroughly trained.If it were up to me I would NEVER CHOOSE THIS PLATFORM TO TEST WITH, unfortunately for me I am not in control of which platform I can choose to test with (school's decision). IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE STAY AWAY FROM EXAMITY!Examity, Inc.

I have been trying to access my exam that I scheduled for 8 since 7:30 and was on the phone with 3 different people to "help" but no one seems to know why I was not able to get to my test card. Then when I asked for a refund I was told I could not get one because I was marked a no show after being on the phone with them for 45 mins. This is by far the worse testing service you could ever use!Examity, Inc.

Horrible experience, the website is hard to deal with and almost never works and as if that wasnt bad enough the actually proctoring is horrible. They FAIL to notify you of ALL the rules, so you enter and youre just bombarded with a bunch of rules dont make any sense. I understand needing to see th earea that they are writing in to make sure you dont cheat, however they fail to tell you this so if you are a using a heavy moniter you'll struggle to let them see your room. Also you will need a mirror on hand so they can see your computer screen and make sure you dont have notes on it. They do not tell you this. ALSO, they have NO control over the exam so if you accidentally refresh back out they will bring you back to the exam but it wont be on the same question. so you'll ask to go to question you were on but they cant. (dont worry if this happens to you the question youre on will cycle through, however, they DO NOT KNOW this so they just say that you have completed the question and that you can not go back which just makes you panic). I wanted to have my clipboard so i didnt have to lean over my desk for 3 hours, but they refused even though i showed them and the clipboard was see through. The ******* knows nothing, will help you with nothing, and will deny you EVERYTHING. I wasnt allowed to print off the policy, which you should be allowed to do. Overall a horrible experience and I WILL NEVER WANT TO TAKE A TEST WITH EXAMITY AGAIN. save yourselves, do it in person.Examity, Inc.

Terrible service I attended the exam and on missing the tiny notice on the page where I registered that stated I needed to enter my fill name, my government ID did not match that of the profile.The ******* said I could not complete the exam but should reschedule, which I could not do as the 'exam had already started'. When contacting support they said I was a no show and I would have to pay again!Absolute joke. Worst service ever. Do not use this company to host your Certification, is will not reflect well on your organisationExamity, Inc.

This business deserves less than a one star. Every ******* you get operates differently than the last. There is ZERO consistency when using this service. I had a ******* tell me she was refusing to allow me to test because she thinks my internet is too slow and she wanted me to improve my internet speed. I told her that is out of my control, she talked to her supervisor, returned and said she was still refusing to let me take my exam. I asked her for her name so I could include it in the email to my instructor since shes responsible for me failing that exam. Out of 10+ other exams NEVER have they denied me access to an exam because of internet but she said there is a guideline provided by my instructor that my internet much be faster than a certain speed. When I explained to her that *** already read through the exam instructions, special instructions and everything sent to them and there was absolutely nothing putting a requirement on the wifi speed, she spoke to her supervisor again. She stuck to her decision on refusing to allow me to test, I asked for her name, she refused saying we dont provide that information. Which is funny because the first thing they say after connecting is hi my name is.. and Ill be your ******* for your exam. After reminding her of that, she provided me her name and then hung up on me. ABSOLUTE WASTE. Complete scam. I wouldnt recommend Examity to a kindergartener learning how to do puzzles.Examity, Inc.

Before your exam, you can determine if your device passes our system requirements by performing an automatic system check on the Examity dashboard. Bad customer service. Out sourced. Non technical customer service will have you so the same thing over and over. Delete your cache etc. wont listen to you as the customer when you are trying to take an important exam and cant log in. They tell you to log in 15 minutes early to avoid these issues which I did and 45 minutes after appointment time I was marked as a no show because they couldnt get me fixed.Examity, Inc.

Horrible experience did not receive the service I paid for and the customer service refused to help and wanted to charge me more money for services they failed to provide. They also charged me twice for the same service they failed to provide. There website was glitchy and filled with time out errors and their staff is insensitive and incredibly rude. Would not recommend this service they do not follow rules and are extremely impatient.Examity, Inc.

Greed are its finest. I am not speaking of examity but ***************** based companies that use this ill-equipped business with poorly trained customer service *** tech support employees. I have no words for the stress endured in my attempt to take an exam offered a few times a year. Never, in good conscience should anyone use them. Most universities stopped using them 2 years ago.Examity, Inc.
