      I have taken countless exams now that have to be proctored through examity. My institution allows for ** to use a white board during exams. I have used the same white board with a CLEAR plastic cover on it because the white board doesn't erase well and was asked to remove the CLEAR cover today. After stating that I had taken exams before with the same white board and it was never an issue the ******* placed me on hold and came back and just moved on. She then asked about a printer on a desk that was a good 10 feet away from my personal desk (shared office with husband) and when I told her it was off she asked if it was unplugged. I stated that it was turned completely off and there is no way I can even reach it or see it without physically getting up and walking to it. The room scan is invasive feeling as it is allowing someone to see my personal property and the overall feeling when using this service (unfortunately it is required) places a very uncomfortable feeling on you while taking an exam.

      I was scheduled to take an exam at 12pm on a Sunday. I couldn't sign in until 15 minutes before the test. I went through the lengthy process of showing them my room and desk and it was 6 past 12pm and we weren't finished with the process. They needed me to show my keyboard and I accidentally tapped the * on the tab and wasn't able to join back. I spoke to their customer service and they told me to contact ETS, which is closed on Sundays.I called on Monday and ETS told me to call back after 24 hours had elapsed. I called on Tuesday and they told me that they had not received the report from Examity. Examity isn't sending their reports in a timely manner, delaying my Praxis exam and they were extremely unhelpful when chatting with their customer service.

      Truly one of the worst test taking experiences I have ever had. In fact, I didn't even get to take the exam because the Platform didn't work, and wouldn't let me access my exam due to a "scheduling error" even though the date and time were clearly reflected. Support was less than useless. Sat on the phone / zoom for 45 minutes watching them click the refresh button on my portal hoping for a different result. Examity support team does nothing and is capable of doing nothing to resolve issues with test taker exams. All they are able to do is click refresh, scroll through irrelevant information, and say please hold until your exam start time passes. Of course, I am still charged $300 for my exam.

      If I could **** zero stars I would I schedule to take my cpb exam through aapc. The ******* I was assigned had me in tears and frustrated from the beginning. He wanted me to test in another room because my home office desk wasn't up to his standards he had me remove my desk top computer from my desk it wasn't allowed he said with my laptop. Then finally my internet speed didn't suit him and he refused to ******* my exam. Not only did he do that he started my exam after he told me to reschedule. And this companies solution take it up with aapc we just *******. No you commit fraud by starting people in a exam after you tell them they have to leave and reschedule.

      Unbelievable. If I could give negative stars I would. Just look at the ridiculous answers from examity to all the complaints here. I am going all in legal action on these money grab clowns. I am so angered at how I was treated and money stolen by this scam of a company. I will be filing every complaint I can and make sure every institution that uses these crooks know how many people are ripped off and please stop using them. Examity I expect a proper reply and contact for someone who can actually correct the issues and theft. Enough is enough.

      I tried scheduling an appointment with examity, and they charged me for the session but did not provide me with an order ID and the session did not show up in my portal. I tried to schedule an appointment again and the same thing happened. When I tried to contact their support, they told me that there is no record of any scheduled exams for me and that without any order IDs for the exams that I previously scheduled they cant help me. I told them that when I try scheduling I get charged but am not given an order ID, so I am not sure what is going wrong they just doubled down saying that they cant help me without an order ID. This is not the kind of thing that a reputable company does, and seems very scam-y. I have now been charged multiple times with no product delivered and am exceedingly frustrated, because I was required to use this service for my degree. I am very frustrated about their lack of service and taking my money without providing anything in return.

      Terribly defeating & feels like a scam. I logged into mine & got connected. My ******* immediately was shouting directions about my webcam, which frazzled me a bit. I had tested my system 3 separate times as well as morning of exam. It passed each time. The view of myself matched samples Id seen plus my camera met all tests. He told me there are specific instructions I apologized stating I felt I had followed & met. He kept referring to my right side so Id do what he asked. He finally shouted raise your right hand, which I did & he again shouted I said right hand! I said sir ** sorry this is my right hand. After nearly an ********** saying he was having technical difficulties he decided my internet was poor, caused it a violation & forfeited my exam. I was at work, in a hospital in a private office. The others in my department suffered no connection issues in that hour. I do not believe my connection was the issue. But Im out a test attempt and $400. From other reviews Ive read Im not sure why companies are still using this service.

      Never used it up until I had to take some placement tests. I wish I had been given a completely different service. It was oddly stressful and I felt uncomfortable. There are a lot of invasive requirements. I don't want to show the inside of my home to a stranger on the internet. I felt really creeped out by the whole experience. The person on the other end wanted me to let him take control of my computer for a bit since I was having a hard time understanding what he was saying. I let him (A mistake on my part tbh). I feel really uncomfortable after all this. I wouldn't reccomend this service and I may be emailing my college about it...

      As with most others on here, if I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is a HORRIBLE platform. I was denied taking an exam today because my license was expired for 3 days - I cannot control when the *** sends me a new one in the mail. I explained all this, and they kept asking me if I had a passport. I have a military ID, but they told me that wasn't acceptable and that I needed to contact my institution. If there are ever any issues, their answer is to contact your professor or institution.......even though it is THEIR fault. You miss your exam and or have to reschedule with a fee and, yet again, cannot get access to the exam. WHY do institutions use this platform? It is the worst experience I have ever had with a proctoring service. This needs to be placed in the garbage bin and never used again! I cannot wait until this semester is over and graduate.

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. completed and submitted the exam and the ******* is telling me they have no idea if it was submitted or not just because I didn't inform him of the completion. He was not helpful AT ALL. Ended my contacting my designated college and they finally tell me ALL exams are submitted no matter what. NOT RECOMMENDED SERVICE FOR EXAM TAKERS. The process is expected and supposed to be seamless not such a stressful one.
