******* was so patient and understanding with me. She was very direct and to the point with asking the questions which helped me so much because my mind is so heavy and even though I broke down during the call, she took the time to comfort me and still kept us on track. I'm crying now just being grateful for people like ******* because these type of people save lives or people making a terrible choice when they need help the most and they don't even truly know it. Thank you so much ******* for being who you are. And working where you are. The timing couldn't have been any better for me when you answered the phone. Other than being a long call my time with ***** was painless. He actually cares about the people he helps. He was very polite and walked me thru the app as quickly as possible because I had a scheduled mri and catscan. Very happy with him.Citizens Disability, LLC
