The representative ****** made an excellent impression on me. When the call first came, it sounded like an AI message (probably was). However, when I was transferred to ******* she was very helpful and patient with me. I couldn't ask for a more professional, kind representative. I really appreciated her time and honesty. After a near fatal case of pneumonia I was unable to return to work. I decided to look into Social Security Disability. Trying to find my way through the maze of information online I saw an ad for Citizens Disability and made the call. These guys took the reins and got the job done. In only 18 months I have been approved. Very professional, ************************ and his team knows their way through the red tape and supported me with positive attitude. This company calls (always from a different number) and texts me several times a day claiming that I have contacted them for help and that they are responding to my request. I have never contacted them, nor do I want their help. This is highly annoying.Citizens Disability, LLC
