I have been getting multiple calls a day, All hours of the day, from 6 AM to 11 PM. I have been asked to be taken off the list. I have blocked multiple numbers from multiple places and they are still calling me. I don't understand why they don't just stop I have told many times to take me off the list. I am already on disability and they still call. I do not want their service I do not want them to call me anymore. I don't know how to stop this... How did they get my information anyway? I have got 5 to 8 calls a day from citizens disability I am already on disability and I cannot understand why they keep calling me I will not give out my information is there any help that I can get to see if these people are actually legit they have been calling me for 3 months nowCitizens Disability, LLC

Terrible company, I am suffering from stage 4 colon cancer, and I am going through it alone. I thought I was returning a call from ***, as they answered the phone they knew my name and began asking me the questions I had seen on the *** website, to which I repeatedly told them I was just looking to see what information was to be needed before I began a claim because I knew I had to be punctual and accurate with the information. I was very sick and drained, I could not even answer all the questions, but they pushed onward, I think it's called a "bum-rush" tactic. The *** rep called me again to tell me someone had filed as being my lawyer for my claim, again I thought it was an advocate assigned to me, then I received a pamphlet in the mail, at which point I realized they're not who I thought they were. I did not get any help from this company, not one bit of advice. It just so happened that I got a letter from *** which I had questions about and could not get in touch with ***, so I did call Citizens Disability and asked for help filling it out and was told to "Just fill it out and send it in.", so that showed me I was on my own. Now I can't get answers as to how I can dismiss them as my representative, they have not fulfilled their obligations and are not worthy of taking 25% of the money I need desperately. Wish I could find help, I tried ***, hospital social services, online advice, could not even file a complaint with BBB, I could only male this review, so if you are reading this, please be forewarned and be careful who you trust.Citizens Disability, LLC

They never, EVER call me with an update! My case has been pending since 2019 - the girl on the phone just now said, "It can take 7 months to get initial response...". It's been almost 2 YEARS!!! Do NOT use this company, they offer nothing yet want a big chunk of any benefits you receive. HORRIBLECitizens Disability, LLC

They transfrred me to another person who was suppose to checkbtobsee if I could get a better deal on my imeducal coverage. When I told this insurance man I was not interested, necause it wasnt worth me changing. He then disconnected himself from the call. I kept saying hello, I waited and eventually a recording cane on and said that I would be disconnected from the call! This is completely rude and unprofessional!They also call me 2 and 3 times a day! They are calling me multiple times per day. I have not even considered filing for disability. I do not know how they got my number. The number that comes up on my phone is an area code that is adjacent to mine, yet nowhere near *******, **.Citizens Disability, LLC
