I need to clarify that I'm not responsible for any PROGRESSIVE debt. I've never had any agreement with CREDIT COLLECTION SERVIC, and when I asked you to show me the original contract that proves I owe this money, you didn't send it. Credit collection services is attempting to collect a debt under my name without validation. No consent to use my social and place of residence without my knowledge is IDENTITY THEFT. This direct violation of 15 *** 1692 Acquisition of location information . This company is claiming I owe to them $442 when I have never done business with them. Please provide to me the contract with my signature on there for I have no knowledge of this debt. Please dispute and delete this from your system and my credit report. They have never sent the original promissory note or accounting they claim I owe. Right to privacy of 1974, FDCPA, *****-***** and ***** Act are all consumer protection laws to protect my confidential information from debt collectors like this company.Business Response
