      Upon finding out, you have a collection account you pay the ********************** and are told it will be taken off your credit report. Well that takes a lot of phone calls and fighting with the service and when you talk to an agent about having a letter to prove that it has been paid in full and will be deleted off of your credit report, the agent will say for only a dollar I can see what options we have. Its a scam. Beware they are not disclosing that they are signing you up for a $25 a month charge for credit monitoring services. This place is committing credit fraud bc this is fraudulent, and needs to have legal action taken after them. Luckily, I caught the email for the enrollment and was able to reverse the charge and cancel the service upon reporting it to the BBB credit collection service as you can see is not approved by the BBB and Im sure its for many reasons.

      These people are rude and nasty and make threats even though I have told them numerous times they have the wrong person and I don't owe any debts.They continue to call leaving rude nasty threatening messages. Very unprofessional rude nasty company

      This company has been extremely challenging and unreasonable to work with. A past-due car insurance payment was transferred to them, but the amount was paid directly to the original car insurance provider. I was informed that the account would be deleted once the payment was made in full. However, despite several disputes and the original creditors agreement to remove the tradeline, this company is now refusing to delete the paid account from my record.

      I called to have a debt verified that they claim I have from the ********************************, **. When I asked to have the debt verified by mail, I was scolded and hung up on. Doesnt make me feel any more comfortable about this place not trying to scam me. For a $7.57 toll amount, they are requesting $86. Absolutely crazy that this is the first time Im hearing of this 8 months later. Receiving only a text notification is suspect in the first place.

      Very bad! They keep changing the price of my claim to lower! I think they were just milking me for money. Rude people on the phone too who wont work with you and demand you take out loans to pay!

      Atrocious service. Quick to collect payment but takes 18 days to get a paid in full letter. That's the absolute dumbest thing ever.

      This company is full of a bunch of CROOKS!!! They all need to be in prison!!! They are ILLEGALLY placing collection accounts on people's ********************** reports that are not theirs and not verifying them, a clear breach of the ***** and FCRA!!! ALL FILE COMPLAINTS WITH YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE **** IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE, THIS IS FRAUD AND ILLEGAL!!!!!
