Horrible to attempt to work with. Tried to make payment on behalf of my daughter. i had the invoice and amount. All i needed to do was to make the payment. The individual on the phone wouldn't accept any payment and demanded to speak to my daughter. I kept telling her that she is unavailable to call during the office hours they have which is why i tried to call for her. The lady then tells me she is terminating the call because she can't provide information. What's the purpose of having a collection group if they won't collect the money you are wanting to provide.

Received a text notice to contact this company for a debt on a vehicle i did not own and an accident i was not in, supposedly originating from ******************* Shortly after notice and contacting them myself, an investigator for Allstate contacted me and asked for a statement on an accident I was not involved with. Most concerning, despite not being involved, is that Allstate never once made any attempt to contact me, yet this matter of theirs somehow went directly to the Credit Collections Services Commercial company as a debt collection, and then shortly after an investigator for Allstate calls to say such matter is being investigated! That a matter of any sort, let alone one that I am not involved in with a vehicle, is being actively investigated by a party for Allstate while simultaneously their credit collections company is seeking to collect a debt, is quite dubious at best, and circumspect and malpractice at worst! A follow-up call to their text message notification brings you to an automated answering service that states average wait times during business hours of one and a half minutes, but by more than 40 minutes of on-hold time reveals regular voice messages that state a *** will be with you shortly, and more messages stating *** will be on the phone momentarily! I have no clue where this company procured their description of what either momentarily or shortly means, but i know of no one else that may feel 40 minutes of being on-hold before hanging up, translates to momentarily or shortly! I suspect this company may be responsible for the designing of Boeings Starliner craft as their description of a short visit with the astronauts at the *** was likely also described as momentarily and short! It is almost certainly the case that this company operates with disregard to both acceptable business practices and moral aptitude, and it seems extremely unprofessional tact for a company trying to get ahold of you! Suspect them!

I do not appreciate being harassed by these people weekly. I also do not appreciate being harassed at work over collection claims. Had to call them to not contact my job over personal matters.

I called to dispute a debt that is not mine and they hung up on me. Very poor customer service for someone who is just trying to make sure something they dont owe shouldnt go on their report!

Very bad company with a very greedy mindset. Employees who work here are at best mentally handicapped and at worst some type of human inbreed experiment.

I have been receiving persistent text messages from Credit Collection Services (CCS) regarding a supposed debt. However, I have never used any service they mentioned in their communications. When I attempted to verify the validity of these claims, I found no evidence or proof that this is a legitimate business operation. The texts provide no validation or detailed information about the debt they claim I owe. This lack of transparency and the unsolicited nature of their messages make me question the legitimacy of CCS. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not to provide any personal information in response to their messages. After doing my research online, I found out that there are instances where CCS has attempted to collect debts that individuals either do not owe or have already paid. For example, people have received demands for payment on insurance policies that were canceled or settled. When these issues were followed up with the original creditors, it was confirmed that no debt was owed

WHY IN THE **** WOULD YOU PAY THIS COLLECTION AGENCY? Collection agencies bought your debt from the original creditor for a few dollars, or it was assigned to them. Meanwhile the original creditor wrote the debt off (in most cases) and moved on. Your agreement between you and the original creditor died when the creditor gave up on the debt and wrote it off on their taxes. Do you want a better way? Good. If I provide you with the tools and knowledge needed, will you act on it? Will you take the time to educate yourself and implement the legal strategies that are proven to work? I promise it is not hard.Alright, together we are going to stop the collection agencies in their track. Let us get to work.www.heritagecreditgroup.com

This company is a scam. They keep saying my husband has a delinquent debt for ******* never had *******. This has been going on since January. They hit my husband credit in November for a bill he never had. They keep sending this fake debt to **********. And TransUnion is telling me this is my debt. How can you have a debt if you never had service from *******. This is fraud.
