  I called the number given by letter to dispute all of the debt for ******************** (auto/renters). The individual would not hear what I had to say, so I stayed silent until she hung up. I tried to use the website I was given by letter and text from the company to send documentation (to dispute all debt), but www.ccspayment.com is an invalid address. If I could I wouldn't give them a star at all.

  This company seems like a scam. Someone answered the phone and then transferred me to another extension. A six minute wait time turned into 45 min when the call was cut off. The web address did not work. I have already paid this bill and now they say I owe more money. Not sure how these people do business but it seems very poor.

  In March 2023, a relative of mine with dementia received one "50% Discount Opportunity" from CCS *** to pay half of a $192.00 "past-due amount", supposedly from Liberty Mutual [LM]. I know of no business account with LM, have no original bill from LM, and have received nothing from LM or CCS between March and June. I called CCS and learned nothing. I checked the website I was referred to (DiscountOpportunity.com), a CCS website I found on my own, a blog about scams, and this BBB site. I've decided to do nothing, pay nothing, and post my story here. Sounds like a scam.

  These people keep sending me mail saying I owe ****** dollars when other driver hit my car when my car was parked due to being inoperable due to insurnave. This lady hit my car and totalled it. Police reports made I got 6 witnesses backing my part. Which leaves me to my conclusion that these people are doing illegal stuff. Like how did they get my phone number how did they get my full name. How did they get my oarents address where I used to live but haven't lived in over 20 years. Straight harassment

  The collection notice I received from CSS is about an billing error with another company.CSS collection letter says you can dispute this. I've sent letters to CSS and the other company explaining their error not mine. No response just more collection letters. This is sad. They just want the money even if they are wrong.

  They work in conjunction with companies that commit medical fraud. They are no help to try to resolve the issue. They are the middleman for corporate greed in this country.

  poor company with no customer up front information. my personal information has been sold and for two weeks i have been hit with an extreme up tick in companies fishing for business. bad credit offers, un-asked for loans in actual checks sent to my house, c*** credit cards. this company has bought false account information and is unwilling to rectify the situation. I want to find the company listing my personal info with wrong information. I have no past due accounts at all as i purchased a house recently and that tends to be condition one before the process of house buying.

  this company will allow you to pay off your debt and still put it the credit. This company prays on hard working people that tries to repay their debt
