On May 10, 2025 10:32 AM I placed an order number ******* for Miele C3 complete vacuum hose. Upon receiving the hose immediately found out it was electrically defective as attachments requiring electricity would not run. *************************** authorized to return the item and process a refund. They received the part ***** on Thursday June 19, 2025. RA28034. Rep **** promised me over a week ago that this would be refunded momentarily. No refund was received. I then spoke with a gentleman. I believe his name is **** on Monday, June 30. He said that the refund would be processed on July 3 and I should see it right away. Still no refund. I called back today and spoke to **** again and asked her to process the refund today and she transferred me to the warehouse where I received a voicemail from ****. I left a voicemail asking him to call me and please process the refund. I have not received a callback from evacuumstore.com. Furthermore, when I keep calling them back, they do not pick up the phone. All I want is my money back and I don't know why they're dragging this out. I am very frustrated because I was a good customer did my due diligence and now they're holding onto my money for a defective part. Please help me get this resolved and have them process a refund immediately.Customer Answer

I ordered a part for my vacuum from this company. They were out of stock of the part and sent me something different without even asking me.They charged me and they would not take it back unless I shipped it back with my own money. Even though it was their mistake andthey sent something that I did not order. They have not refunded me for returning the product or for me having to pay to ship something back to them when they sent me the wrong item. I have their email showing the item that they were sending me And then what they actually sent me and they arent anything the same at all.Business Response

I bought a Riccar Spirit Plus Upright Vacuum from evacuumstore.com on 12/13 for $591.79. I have an old Riccar vacuum that works very well on my hardwood, tile and granite floors, but when I vacuumed an item that broke an internal part and was unable to get it repaired in a timely manner, i opted to purchase a new Riccar. The one that I chose appeared to be equal to or superior to my old one; however, when I received it, I found that it had little suction and did not pick up dirt from hard floors. Additionally, the hose/wand that was attached and which rested in a side compartment of the main body would not stay in place when not in use. It fell out repeatedly during my one and only attempt to vacuum, resulting in a heavy metal piece impacting my floor. I decided to return it, aware that there was potentially a restocking fee. **** ****** (customer support employee), however, reassured me that, if I would clean the vacuum, there should be no restocking fee, which I agree to and meticulously did. I then paid 90+ dollars to return it with insurance and a signature upon receipt, as the company required. On 01/25, my credit card ************ Mastercard ending in 1775) was reimbursed for $55 less ($536.79) than what I had paid for this faulty item. When I requested the reason for the charge, I was told that some of the original packing material (cardboard?) was missing. I ended up losing $150.00 because of shipping and restocking fees, which is ridiculous. I want the $55.00 restocking fee returned to me, as I had been told to expect by Ms. *******Business Response

I received a Miele vacuum powerhead replacement on February 1, 2025 It will not stay attached to my vacuum wand. I used it for less than a minute and twice in that time it kept coming apart.I only used it for that short amount of time because their policy stated used items cannot be returned. However, the powerhead is of no use to me. I have emailed them twice to please respond to my request as to what to do/return since it won't attach. My complaint & reason to contact BBB is that I haven't received a response. Only response was an automated email with a ticket number- #******* on February 1, 2025, within an hour after receiving my powerhead and tried it out.I'm really wanting a response.Business Response

I received an email that my order shipped promptly after ordering and they stated they would send the delivery date in ***** hours. Never heard back and sent 3 emails that were unanswered. I finally called and they said it is on back order and should ship in more than two weeks. I have no idea if they will even follow through on that based on my experience. I have been billed on my ***** They should not be submitting the charge until it ships.Business Response

on 3/3/2024 - order # ******* customer id ******* We ordered from ********************** a Nutone PP6501 Central Vacuum and Bare Floor Combo kit. It worked fine for 3 months. On 6/12/2024 i sent an email telling this company that the central vac will shut off after 10 minutes of use. I have sold these vacuums in my plumbing and heating business for over 30 years, i have not only installed them for our personal use but sold them to my customers so we are not new to this ************************ have contacted the company several times regarding this problem they have either said ****** sold out to another company and i would need to contact them or take it somewhere to get it fixed but I would have to pay for the shipping and ************* we have seen that there is a problem with the motor that is why it keeps shutting off , I would like this company to make this good, either replace with another quality brand or fix it for us since the unit acted up before the warranty was up. I found e-vacuum store as a source for a replacement part for my Bissell vacuum. I ordered it in June and I got a **** tracking number but it couldn't be tracked once it left the **. It never arrived. I sent an email to customer service at the end of July. They said that they would re-send. I never got the parcel. It's so strange that two parcels would get lost in the system. I bought a party to fix my shampooer. The party received was the part I ordered but it did not fit my machine, which was my fault. However, when I reached out to return the product within their return window I received no response. I was unable to return the product because nobody would answer my emails. I ordered a couple of small vacuum parts over a month ago. The items have not arrived, and I am having a difficult time getting in contact with the seller to get any useful information about my purchase.The original order date was 5/17/2024. After one week of not hearing from the seller or receiving the parts, I emailed Customer Support. No response. I then emailed Customer Support again on May 28. They finally responded on June 7, stating that the items were on backorder and that they will ship within the next 5-7 business days, and that I would receive an email from the carrier once the items have shipped. Note: when the order was originally placed the web site stated that the parts were in stock; that's why I placed the order with them.It is now 12 days from the response from the seller and I still have not received the parts, nor have I received an email from the carrier stating the items have shipped. The seller has already charged my credit card. Unfortunately, I am now wondering if this was a fraudulent transaction because of the lack of response from the seller.Business Response
