    I purchased a vacuum for $400., upon receipt of vacuum, it was discovered that the vacuum had no suction and would not vacuum anything.I received an RMA number RA25275 and returned the vacuum clearly marked on *** label, box and inside box with the RA25275 number. This vacuum was received by the seller on 5.13.24 and was received by seller on 5.20.24.I have made contact via email and the seller keeps telling me they are short staffed and I will have to wait until they go through the received packages. I think nearly one month is more than enough time to adequately find a return which is clearly maked.

    The business has not made a refund deposit to my bank account.  After the business did not respond to myself nor the Better Business Bureau I assumed they were not going to give me my refund.  Yesterday, I went to the bank and filed a fraud complaint.  Although the company states they refunded my account, there is nothing that has been deposited in my account.  If the company can refund the money to my account today, I will cancel the fraud complaint otherwise I will press on.  The fact remains there is and has been no refund of my monies.

    **************** is a nightmare and they refuse to answer emails. After a dozen failed email attempts, I called where a gentleman rudely hung up the phone. Just an awful company living in the 1950's!

    To further prove their incompetence and inability to conduct business in the 21st century, the seller cannot even locate my order number given the information already provided (name, shipping address, etc). Again, truly pathetic.

    I bought a Nutone central vacuum on April 11, 2024, I could have use the free shipping but wanted the item immediately so I paid for a 2nd day shipping expecting the unit in my front door as promised 2nd day. I checked the status on the website and it did not move until 12 April. ***** also stating that delivery date will be 15 April, so I ask evacuum to refund the money that I paid for 2nd day delivery. The person (****** ) that responded told me that weekend is not being counted as part of delivery. I told them that delivery people works 7 days a week, specially the planes. This company will rip off customer, I dont recommend buying from this company, ** asking to return the full amount including the central vacuum that I will return

    I purchased a Sebo vacuum @$661. When it arrived the box was damaged,though the vacuum was not. However,I was not pleased with my purchased,it was extremely heavy and very difficult for me to use. I am 71yrs old and my 92 yr old mother certainly cant and we live alone. I called to return it and was talked to, So very rudely and told they they would Not under any uncertain terms receive it back without the box. I explained that since the box arrived damaged I threw it away at which point he got even ***** so I requested to speak to his supervisor and asked him for the second time not to speak to me in a condescending manner.He got louder but agreed to make an allowance and receive it back but at some outrageous price for shipping said it could cost up to $300 ..I again requested to speak with his supervisor. Wow!!!! Why did I do that? He was not only rude he got irate and he was not going to take it back and if he had agreed it would not just approx cost $300 but an additional restocking fee. I told him everything was still packaged,However it was not my fault that the box was damaged and that I would find one similar and that I didnt mind paying a postage rate for shipping but that this vacuum is Heavy even for a man and I would appreciate being able to return it. He said the answer is no. I am in disbelief how rude and how these companies are just not customer friendly ever since COVID. I had my grandson travel over to run it downstairs,He agreed saying grandma this sweeper is too heavy for you, and told me to fill a complaint with the BBB,So this is what Im doing. Thank you.

Total Price of $ ******* with tax.Problem is part number 45789-S Electrolux Marquise Metal Hose with Swivel will not stay in and lock into part number PPN-1 ************************* Nozzle Assembly. I used my old Electrolux Marquise Metal Hose with ****** and the hose locks in with the new PPN-1 ************************* Nozzle Assembly. Been in contact with company several times and today they basically told me to pound sand.

    I purchased the Miele Blizzard CX1 ********* Bagless Vacuum (Order ******) on November 8. After placing my order I received a receipt from the company but no details about when the item would ship. I called the company on Friday, November 10 to check the status of my order. The representative I spoke with said my order would ship on Saturday and I would receive an email containing the tracking number. Well, Saturday came and went and I never received an email containing a tracking number. On Monday, I called back to check the status of my order, and to my surprise, I was told my order would ship tomorrow and I would receive an email with the tracking number. That's the same information I was provided when I called on Friday. I mentioned that to the representative to which she replied "Oh, well I will send this to the warehouse and have to follow up with you via email." Again, no email from the company. I called again on Tuesday to get an update on my order. This time I was informed my order was closed with no explanation. I attempted to ask the representative some questions, but he ended up hanging up on me. I called back and spoke with a different representative and was told my order had been canceled because they were unable to verify my payment. I told the person I was speaking with that the payment was showing that it was posted to my **************** Credit Card. He had no explanation to provide me. I asked since the order was canceled when will I receive a refund. He said they don't process refunds and I need to contact my credit card company. My emails to the company have gone unanswered. They have my money, so I want the vacuum I paid for.

    On 16 March 2023 I placed online order #******* (customer ID #******** for two kinds of Simplicity vacuum cleaner filters totaling $61.17 including tax and no shipping cost with eVacuumStore and within seconds got a computer-generated receipt by email. My bank shows the credit card charge went through. Since I did not subsequently get any information about order fulfillment or shipment tracking number, I reached out to eVacuumStore by email at ********************************** (email address shown on their receipt) on 30 March and asked for shipment tracking number or planned shipping date. In seconds I got a computer-generated reply stating Case #******* had been created, and a response would be provided asap. I allowed a week but received no response. So I began trying at various times to reach eVacuumStore at ************, the number provided on their receipt. No matter when I called I only got a fast busy signal suggesting something is very wrong with eVaccumStore. Today, 11 April 2023, I again tried to reach eVacuumStore by phone only to get the fast busy signal. I then sent another email inquiry only to get another computer-generated reply saying Case #******* had been created and a response would be provided asap. It appears eVacuumStore is incapable or has no intention of fulfilling my order, so I want a full refund but have no way of telling them that since it certainly appears that eVacuumStore is deliberately hiding from accountability.

    i would also add that it is strange that the same day as my BBB complaint I got a computer-generated response to my inquiry minutes earlier from eVacuumStore saying they were sorry for the delay but were having supply chain issues (which seems a common answer according to other BBB complaints), and then about an hour later sent an email stating items have been shipped (actually according to *** only a shipping label had been created). This morning I checked *** and believe a shipment is actually in their hands.  We'll see what gets delivered by estimated delivery date Friday, 15 April. From the other similar complaints to BBB it seems eVaccumStore's rating should be reduced to flag their dubious business practices to other prospective customers!

    Were ordered three vacuum replacement parts from eVacuumStore on June 7, 2022. The parts were listed as available and in-stock at the time of the order. Eight months later, the parts still have never been shipped to us, though we paid for the order in full.eVacuumstore, in response to numerous attempts to resolve this matter, states they're waiting for the parts to be shipped to them.     Said would ship in 1-3days. After 3 days and still nothing from evacuumstore I sent email to ask for update, got return email saying they got my order and item being shipped directly from manufacturers and I would be get tracking # emailed shortly. Still nothing after 2 days so I sent another email and got word salad msg back saying they didnt know but would let me know. Still nothing and now I called and was told its holiday weekend so the couldnt get me any info till Monday. Monday still nothing so I sent email and called tues. After holding for long time someone answered and told me it had not Been processed yet so no tracking or other info. I asked why and was talked to extremely rude and told he already told me he didnt have any info because it wasnt processed. I asked if he could send a msg to the manufacturer that was shipping it and see whats up and was told no they dont have a way to do that so I would just have to wait. I asked to talk to manager and he said he was top boss and the was nobody above him. I asked for a # to manufacturer so I could try to call and he said no he didnt have one and I couldnt call them either way and some other lies. He said his name was **** and he was the top guy the office mngr of support and he would not give me even the name of anyone in corporate. So I said ok thanks and hung up. It took all of 15min to research and find company public info of corporate bosses and he lied about his position to deny me being able to talk to the real boss and, he talked so disrespectful and everything this **** said was a lie. I also found manufacturer # and called and left vm. They called back and were extremely polite and helpful and resolved the issue in 5min even adding my email so I wouldnt have to wait for **** to forward tracking #. This guy is bad business, lied about literally everything and hes supposed to be customer support. Hes supposed to help customers not lie and talk down to them. Was terrible experience. Thank u
