    Company agreed upon a total price of 550 dollars and ended up charging me 1100 dollars. I am seeking reimbursement of the additional 550 dollars I was charged. This company also did not pick up on the agreed upon date and then demanded the additional money upon delivery or wouldnt release my vehicle to me.

    Date: 05/09/2025 Amount: $250 They lied on the contract which I havent signed. They charged me a $250 booking fee, which was never mentioned. Then I went to look at their reviews and realized that Im getting scammed as well. They said paid the driver an additional $150 for loading and unloading the car. Also never mentioned. The entire contract is a lie. I will not stop until I get my money ******** no one is answering the phone.

    I have been dealing with this gentleman called ******* since March 18. I give him my credit card information and permission to charge my card $350 and the balance of $450 when the shipping of the tractor was completed ******* said on March 26 for some reason my card didnt go through so the quickest way to get my tractor ship by tomorrow was do a wire transfer for the complete amount of $800 which I did and now I keep getting empty promises and he wont return my calls

    Quickship llc gave me a quote to transport my car from Oklahoma City to Ontario California for $575. I told ***** I would pay that quote. ***** ****** texted me and stated that $575 is my guarantee total. I went over the agreement and text ***** and asked him is the booking fee included in the $575. ***** said the booking fee is $200 pay now and pay the balance of $375 when the driver get there. ***** then texted me to sign the agreement. Once the driver got to ********** he said I had to pay $600 to get my car. I told him I already paid $200 and ***** said all I had to pay was the balance of $375. The driver threatened to take my car somewhere else until I could come up with the rest of the money. The driver gave me 5 minutes to figure it out. ***** said all he could do was pay $50. Because the agreement says he could change the price. I have text messages that says all I had to pay was $575 total and that was my guarantee price I ended up paying a total of 750

    At 5:29 PM March 1 2025 i called them back to make a payment towards them shipping my car from one place to where I am. They said it was going to be picked up on a certain day and when that day came, I got no information until I reached out and I still continually had to message them to get any kind of *****. And to this day my car has still not been picked up so I asked them for my money back and they said they would send back shortly. Mind you the payment I made was through ***** so it's not like it needs a couple of business days. Then I went ahead and texted the agent that helped me directly and he also said the same thing and I still did not get my money back. So I left the review on ****** for them so I can warn other people and then they reached out to me complaining about the review and TO THIS DAY, I still have not gotten my refund and i am now getting Ready to file a dispute with Venmo again. I filed one earlier but they told me to cancel it because it would take about two weeks and that they will send my money within the next 24 hours and they did not do that now no one is responding to **** will attach screenshots of my message with the agent that was helping me, as well as a screenshot of a transcript from the call i made tothem it may not be fully accurate , but you will get the general message. The screenshots are not from the same day, so it might be a bit hard to put the conversation together

    Paid 100 dollars as a deposit to have my vehicle transported 11 miles on February 24, 2025. I got a call that morning from an employee at quickship saying the driver couldnt make it that day and that I could wait until the following day or pay another 300 for another available driver that is more expensive because his truck was an actual car hauler as opposed to a pickup with a flatbed. I couldnt wait as my vehicle was in a repair shops parking lot. I called quickship trying to get my deposit back since the driver never even intended on coming on the 24th and got transferred to the manager. The manager said I couldnt have my money back because I already booked that driver. When I got mad, all of a sudden the story changed to he can pick it up today. So on top of refusing to refund me my deposit after being told he wasnt going to come on the 24th (the day we agreed on), once I was mad, the manager confirmed multiple ****** reviews claiming that this business routinely tells its customers that the driver cant make it on the agreed date and offers a more expensive other driver with a bigger trailer or says it will be another day or two to pick up. This is shady and a ridiculous business model.

    Dec 9 2024, Was depositing for a service for transportation of a vehicle, after a quick consideration changed mind to perform self transportation. Business had me do the deposit through *****, then requested refund since decision was made on the spot. Refund was promised on a recorded line, was supposed to arrive on 12/20/24. When requesting to get tracking information, was denied and told I would be contacted later.transaction numbers are: ******************** for 100$, ******************* for 75$. Venmo id for them is "@**********************"

    The company dispatcher used racial slurs on me after i called to cancel their shipping service. and threaten that they have my address so 'I will see what happens" the whole interaction was recorded on their line for proof

    I put my information on line to be contacted by a company to haul a truck from ********** to *********. The guy took information didnt speak great English sounded unprofessional and not a lot of information. Told me I needed to put a down payment of ****** which I was not giving my card over the phone. I paid with *****. I never can get anything paperwork sent on delivery I really am worried. I read all the messages and everyone was scammed. How can we protect ourselves and everyone to ship using this dont know who to trust.
