This company should be shut down. Told my bf and myself after the 300 deposit it would be only 650 for the balance. Then on Sunday night this idiot calls my bf stating it will be 1000.00. Needless to say my bf told him no you sent me a conformation stating 950.00 all in. Then the guy decides to be so unprofessional cussing on the phone and screaming like a lunatic about the price. I wish I read the reviews here before we got suckered into the scam!!!! I may just file a small claims court and get some of my money back. Total bullshit!

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I had spoke with representative Jude Isom in regard to my car being shipped. He has quoted me $650 with a $250 deposit and balance due at delivery. Due to our situation, I had flown down to FL to meet with the driver. They collected the deposit and sent an agreement. I had asked for something in writing documenting the total amount given for deposit and the amount due at delivery. After no response, I had finally received the drivers information and contacted. Approximately 2 hours before, the driver contacted me and stated that his trailer would not pass inspection. I immediately called Jude, asked for a refund and made other arrangement. After a back and forth of call back in an hour and then talk to someone else I spoke to a “manager.” I could not get a response nor an answer. 5 days pass and still no refund. I called the billing department, asked for a status and got once again a run around. After being fed up, I asked for a manager again and was transferred to a gentleman Henry who claimed to be a manager yet again. I told him that I will not be hanging up until I have an answer. Henry began to state that everyone is talking about me and that if I’m unhappy I can talk to other people and was not making any sense before he proceeded to hang up. Shortly after I received my refund or $250. Customers be cautioned of this scam company.

Big time SCAMMERS! Took the deposit then gave the move order to another company and had to pay the entire moving fee. They will not return my emails or phone calls. Do not use them.

The company is fraudulent. Please do not utilise this company. I paid a booking fee and when the van was delivered the driver shared with me that the company did not deduct the booking fee and the fee was an additional $800.00. Please do not utilize this company. It is a SCAM!!!!!!!

    Ship cars LLC
Terrible Experience – Quick Ship LLC is a Scam!
I hired Quick Ship LLC to transport my two cars from ********** to ***** for $1,300, with a $300 advance payment. However, when my cars arrived at the destination, the driver demanded $1,700 instead of the agreed $1,000 balance—a blatant bait-and-switch scam.
When I called Henry, he was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling me to “call the police if you want” instead of addressing the issue. No proper explanation, no accountability—just pure extortion.
This company is a fraud, and their business practices are dishonest and predatory. Avoid them at all costs! They deserve to be shut down for scamming customers. Stay away!

I'm not sure what this number is as it opens nothing. I'm sending you the conversation I had with my bank on this matter. I waited the 3 business days to see if the money would be returned and it is not as of yet. Mr. Jude I**** you have been a very horrible experience in my opinion, 1st. You tell me I quoted you a Nissan Sentra, where I know the information that lead to you contacting me clearly says Murano and that quote was $495. Then someone else called from your office with a higher quote ( Tim T*****) and he said he sees the booking that I have with you. Then I get double charged on the booking fees and pay the extra costs to get my vehicle to me. This has been a horrible experience and I would never do or recommend your company to anyone for business. I would like my money back on the double charge and I'm prepared to go to whatever levels I have to even small claims court. I will be posting on social media and with the BBB. At this point all I want is my $200 back and I'll leave the matter alone as a lesson to be learned from.
I will be taking whatever legal action necessary against you and Quickshipcars LLC

This is a scam! I think there might have been a legitimate business at one point based on reading the older reviews, but it seems that now it's just a total scam.
First the driver missed their original pickup window because they had to drop off 5 cars (not sure how that was an excuse). Then, the driver's truck "broke down" so I was told I would get a refund, but (big surprise) that didn't happen.
I then disputed the deposit I paid with Venmo. Had Kevin call me and say that I needed to immediately cancel the dispute so they would refund me my money. He said if I didn't cancel it they wouldn't refund me. Again, how does that make sense? I said he just needed to respond to the Venmo dispute and they whole thing would be resolved.
What fraudsters, they should be shut down for their horrible treatment of customers! BUYER BEWARE PLEASE!
