    I worked with ***************** to arrange shipping. He informed me that my shipping would cost $250 total but I had to pay $150 upfront to secure the transport. When the time came closer to the pick up date, I tried to contact them to confirm my details but couldnt get ahold of them at all. They have an online chat that I used and it said there was someone online but no one replied. I also called for assistance and no one answered either. I requested a refund through texting **** and asking him to cancel the shipping order but he said they cant refund my money at all. Per their own policy Im entitled to at the very least 1/2 of my $150 since they had assigned a shipper but he hadnt arrived prior to my request for a cancellation. Id like a full refund however since no services were offered at all after my payment had been sent

    I replied to this company because they were advertising 675 shipping from ******* ******* to **********, ** . The man clearly accepted to charging 675 and that there would be no price change for any reason. I clearly asked this in the messages that are attached. I trusted this company because they put all the information needed and all their numbers, but as soon as I gave my deposit the man started changing the prices. He told me if I wanted the original price I had to wait for a driver to accept, I waited on week and still nothing. I asked him for my refund and he proceeded to tell me that I am the problem that there is no refund because he worked hard to find me a driver for which he was asking for $900.00 and the deposit was not included in that. I explained that my concern was that he advertised 675, and now was charging more. He is not getting the point that I need my car moved ASAP as I explained to him last week. He is refusing to give me my refund for the 150. I never insulted him, I never told him anything but the truth.

    On 6/5/23 I was quoted 825 to transport my Subaru crosstrek from ******* to **** ******. I was told I needed to put down a $150 deposit to secure the rate and the delivery time. I paid the deposit and have both the quote and receipt for my payment. Days before the scheduled pick up I contacted saying that I had not heard and wanted to confirm pickup. They confirmed, gave me drivers name and number, I called the day before and again confirmed. Day of pick up he did not show. I called the company at the end of the day, they said he was in an accident, and that now if I want it still shipped I have to pay 1300. I never would have agreed to that price in the first place. It felt like a bait and hook scam. Since they drastically changed the terms of agreement I asked for my deposit back. Now they have gone dark, no communication response, no return of deposit. I said I would file complaint if I did not get deposit returned, still nothing. Since I had arranged everything early for car shipping, bought plane tickets and all, I had to ship with another company for more, something I would not have done, I would have just driven it. I was not asking for any compensation of added expenses or frustration and time, just my deposit, can't even get that back.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Thank you very much for your help with this matter. I have checked all on my bank accounts, and my ****** account (which I gave them and requested refund there). There is no deposit refund that I can find from the company. I have no emails indicating a refund through any third party payment service.

    If they did a refund, then if they could supply a copy of the transaction to show it. I have no transaction from them. 

    They have put off and lied, I would not think they would do that with BBB but maybe. A copy of their refund from the financial institution would help track it down if they paid it.

    I was looking to get a service from the above company. The agreement was that they would ship my vehicle from Hawaii to Charleston, SC for approx. $1700. I would be required to pay $300 up front and the rest when my vehicle was delivered to the port. Please see text message attached. This morning, May 1, 2023, I received a phone call and text asking that I call the company. I called and the individual, Neil C, asked for an additional $150 either be paid via ****** or *****. This seemed very suspect since the first payment was submitted through the company. Additionally, the ***** account was not a business account: ***************. This company seems very suspicious and screams of fraudulent behavior. The company now is saying that they will not refund any of my money since I cancelled my order after this additional attempt to extort money.

    March 13, 2023 I used this company to ship a car from ***********, ** to ******, **. Initially, I was quoted a price of $300 "all inclusive price" which said included an "all inclusive quotes, bumper to bumper insurance, and door to door services."When I contacted them and set up to ship the car, I made an initial payment of $100 to reserve the pickup date and time. At this encounter I was told that I would pay the driver $200 in cash upon delivery.Today when I talked to them on the phone (when they were working to pickup said car) I was told that I would need to pay the driver $300 upon pickup and that all the fess for insurance were not included. I would like to pay the initial agreed upon price. The issue is that they had already picked up the vehicle and are now strong-arming me into paying the higher price. The reason I went with them was because of the $300 "all-inclusive price"I would like a $100 refund and them to stop advertising this false claim.

    5 Dec 22-Filled out inquiry seeking carrier to transport car from New York to Georgia 8 Dec 22-Agreed to a contract with Quickship LLC who provided a quote off $575, 100lbs of goods shipped inside car free. $100 deposit ******to Jason M. Amount due at time of delivery- $475 13 Dec 22-Car Scheduled to be picked up -Received a call that the drivers child sick and unable to pick up car; pickup date rescheduled for 19 Dec 22 -On or about 13 Dec, received a call from gentleman(cant remember name) attempting to renegotiate agreement to $700. I said no. We ultimately agreed to a $25 increase. Amount due at time of car delivery $500 20 Dec 22-Carrrier name provided. Sogda Trans LLC -Carrier picked up car and demanded $200 up front and $550 at time of delivery -My nephew paid $200 (was not aware of payment arrangements)-I called Jason and made him aware and he stated that should not have occurred and to only pay him $300 at time of delivery by cashiers check which aligned with our original agreement -Jason stated cargo in vehicle would be $50; Monies due at time of delivery $350 -Jason asked for another $100 via *****. Monies due at time of delivery $250 22 Dec 22-Car arrived and driver demanded $550 or he would take the car back.-3 way call with Jason, myself and carrier -Jason attempted to explain that the items in the car was more than expected that caused the increase -Bottom line, in order to get the car released we paid $500 at time of delivery, plus the $200 in deposits paid to Jason plus $200 at time of car pickup for a total of $900, $325 over the agreed upon price.-Called Jason to complain and request a refund of monies due above the agreed upon price. He attempted to explain it away as confusion; too many people involved. Requested to speak with the owner or senior person. He stated they would call. No called returned to date and I attempted to call the owner, no one picked up phone.

    I moved from ********** to ******* in August 2022. Instead of driving my car and decided to have my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport shipped to my current location in *******. I went through different shipping agencies to find the best and most affordable shipper. I chose Quickship LLC and I decided to call Quickship on September 5, 2022 to pay the deposit and schedule my vehicle to be picked up from my address in **********. The dispatcher from Quickship LLC, ******* scheduled the pickup day for September the 11th. I bought a roundtrip ticket to fly back to ********** to meet the driver assigned to pick up my vehicle on Saturday September 9th. The drivers name was ************************** and we started phone contact (*************) the afternoon of September 11th, however the driver did not show up until almost midnight to pick up my car. After a week or so pasted I texted the driver to get a status on my vehicle shipment to ******* and the driver told me that her vehicle broke down however she was back on the road and I replied "great, be safe" After a few days she contacted me back and told me that my vehicle was broken into while the driver was in ******* **. which I had wall paintings, garden decorations, 50 inch flat screen TV and bank statements and parts were stolen from my SUV. The vehicle finally arrived to my residence inoperable. I had to call ******************* and filed a police report. I also called my insurance company (Allstate) to assist me which I filed a claim and Allstate reported my vehicle as a total loss. I had the catalytic converter stole, front windshield shattered, sunroof damaged, tire hubs stolen, hood completely damaged and engine inoperable. This put a burden on me financially to seek transportation to get to and from work as well as find transportation. I still had to pay the shipping company $750 to ship my vehicle and pay a $200 deposit. When I called Quickship LLC to complain about this and the representative stated "at least I got my vehicle shipped to my residence". I later learned that the shipping company has no insurance or coverage on the cars they ship. There were also about 4 other vehicles that were broken into and damaged along with mine.

    On june 24 2022 i agree with Quickship LLC to ship three vehicles from ******* ** to ******* ** a price of $2450.00. I paid a deposit of $250. After the deposit they will pick the cars on june 29,2022 but they told me they aren't going to ship the cars on june 29 and they don't have a driver to ship the cars so I told them to cancel they did. After canceled the they supposed to refund the deposit but they didn't. I keep asking them the refund almost for 5 weeks they told they already send the check I don't received any check. Now they don't even answer the phone. I want my money refunded immediately. Thank you

    Trying to get a car shipped that I purchased. Started the process on 7/18/22 talking to a ***********************, broker. He told me he would be able to get the car transported for me from MI to NC and I sent a $150 deposit via Venmo.Once I did that the problems began. Had it arranged and had to call several times to get him to follow through with driver contact info., date of pick up, approximate delivery date. I asked him to text or leave a message which he never did so I had to keep calling back. When I talked to the driver he said his truck had been in an accident and he didn't know when he would be able to deliver the car. I told **** to cancel the deal and refund my money. He said it would take 24-48 hours. That was on 8/3/22. He referred me to **** in accounting who also said ***** which it had already been on 8/6/22. He was to call me back when it was done. I never heard from him. It takes seconds to return a Venmo payment . I also asked them to remove my listing which again I had to call several times to get that to happen so I could find another shipper. They definitely have questionable business practices and due to the fact that no one has a good command of the English language whether this business is outsourced. I would like to have my $150 deposit returned to me please.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Today 8/25/22 QuickShip, LLC  at 3:30 PM returned by Venmo the $150 deposit . Happy  it is resolved but it took more than 50 phone calls to 4 different  people before it was done.  Thank you for your help. ********************************
