1 starBelieve the bad reviews. They’re scammers. Tell you a good price. Ask for 250 before and 700 after drop off. Then day of drop off tell you that the driver crashed and it will take 8 to 10 days and cost you more. They have fake accents. My husband was arguing with the people and the person on the phone listed his Indian accent when he was worked up then realized and went back go it. Do not ship here. Do not ship. Do not ship. And DO NOT SEND THEM A CASHAPP TO SHANNA S. ITS A SCAM!Review fromRichard D

1 starThe fastest thing, and only thing these clowns did was grab a "Booking Fee" from my credit card....After that it was delay, delay, delay and excuse after excuse. I had a firm price, days went by and they couldn't move my car....But, they could get it moved "tomorrow" for an additional $125.00. In America, that's called "Bait And Switch" and it's illegal....Avoid these foreign jokers. Slimy. I used my CC for the "Booking Fee", It will be reversed one way or another.....Review fromMason v

1 starIs there a way to put zero? Customer services horrible. Complete rip off. Had an agreement at a certain price ($675), paid my reservation fee, got driver's information, confirmed pick with driver and then Jude I with Quick Ship LLC, call me 2 days before the scheduled pick to state that the driver was in an accident and that he has to use and different driver/company which is charging $1500 and that he would give $50 discount. This is on top of the $150 I already paid. He refused to honor the original price and refuse to pay me back my $150 stating that he will only if I get a lower price elsewhere. I showed him that their terms and conditions state clearly that if you are not happy with an increase in price, that you will be fully refunded. Now he is ghosting my calls. Absolute SCAM!!! They will be reported for sure.
Pushing the issue they said they will send the check in the mail if I remove my review, I did and it's been over 2 weeks and still no check, hence my review now. Absolute scamReview fromMatt C

1 starI recommend using another company.
I contacted quickshipcars.net on April 6th, 2024. They sent a quote from Neil ******* ************.
The quote was comparable, no specific red flags. Neil was very amenable to any changes and provided reassurance that they would be able to make changes. Two days prior to pickup Neil requested I pay $325 via ***** to confirm pickup, said the remainder would be due upon delivery of the vehicle. I requested they contact the person I had at the pick up location and send me the information for the company that would pick up the vehicle. By one day prior to the agreed shipping date they still had not provided me the company’s information that would pickup the vehicle, nor contacted the person at the pickup location. I was concerned since they had not provided the requested information even though Neil was readily available via text message, however they did not provide the specifics that I requested. In order to allow time for that information to be shared I requested to move the pickup date one day later. I hoped that an additional 24 hours would allow them time to process the paperwork so they could confirm the company and contact the person at the pickup location, but neither of the requests were met. Initially it did not seem that I would need to be so involved in the coordination since Neil indicated they could provide vehicle transport on the requested day. After two failures to meet my requests I requested a refund via text to Neil of the $325 amount I had paid via *****. Additionally I placed a stop payment from my bank and submitted a dispute through *****. Neil called and said a rep from accounts would call within 24 hours and then after an additional 24 hours I would receive a response, unclear what that would be. Henry from accounts called and mandated I remove the dispute. I declined since it protects my funds. I requested the refund be processed by his team he could show ***** that they provided a refund, he declined.Review fromChy M

1 starDeceptive pricing and business practices. When my elderly parents needed to ship their car 1/2 way across the country, Quick Ship was one of 10 service providers that I reached out to. At $775, their quote was very competitive and Neil was very responsive but that's where the positive experience ended. Shortly after receiving this quote and booking a truck to pick up the car on a Saturday, Neil contacted me and explained that the truck that was scheduled to pick up the car would be delayed by a few days due to some mechanical issues but there was a far better truck with tracking and other features available to pick up the car on Friday (a day early!) but this would cost $100. I hesitated and he agreed to pay $50 for the better truck bringing my total to $825 ($775 + $50). I agreed because we needed the car and Neil then asked for $175 which needed to be paid to the driver to secure him, which I paid in advance based on Neil's explanation that this would go towards the total. Once this payment was made, Neil sent me the driver's contact information but no advanced tracking or any of the other features he mentioned. The driver picked up the car from the pickup location but due to weather, the delivery was delayed (which is understandable). Long story short, the driver expected $850 upon delivery and not $650, which should have been the remainder of the payment. I reached out to Neil several times but he refused to adjust the shipping fee and stay true to his word. Lessons learned? Yes, there were a few but I can't help but feel taken advantage of. It's unfortunate because Neil was so responsive throughout the process but he failed to live by his word and honor his verbal quote. Be careful, ask questions, get the details in writing, and be sure to do the math before you choose to use QuickShipCars.com or work with Quick Ship LLC. I'll be smarter next time but will never use QuickShipCars.com again.Review fromRebeckah S

1 starThis company implements bait and ship and devious practices in attempt to get more money out of their potential customers. After providing great detail about the car we needed shipped, we were initially provided an affordable, reasonable quote.
We were told our four could be shipped quickly (ie the name of their business). Soon after that the quote jumped up 400$ as we were told “there is only 1 driver available” which we immediately knew was a lie. Then, we were able to slightly negotiate the price, but we’re asked to pay 100$ right away. This seemed shady, but assuming the money would be deducted from the price, agreed.
Upon doing that, the price again JUMPED several hundred dollars again, even after getting a quote IN WRITING.
They then tried to cha he the time of the pickup (which we had discussed as being non negotiable due to scheduling) and then proceeded to blame us for the changes saying we were taking too long to respond to them (mind you there was nothing to respond to, this was all done verbally over the phone).
After speaking with a manager I was told if any other delays occurred I would receive an IMMEDIATE refund plus 100$ extra off the price. This also seemed shady and turned out to be a lie. We were then told (after switching drivers on us 3 times despite being told only 1 driver was available…hmmm) that to driver had taken another client and now couldn’t drive our car as planned pushing the date by 2 days.
We told them this was inexcusable, were given 1000 excuses, none of which made any sense before we decided to call a different company. It turned out, this company put TWO bids on our car, driving up the price and then tried to claim they removed them (which the other company disputed) until I finally threatened them with a law suit for bait and switch tactics, lying and driving up the price.
They claimed to give me a refund but I have yet to see that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Review fromAlex A

1 starI'm sorry to say I did not have the same experience as the customers listed below. I dealt with **** which I don't believe was his name. He was quick to take my deposit but not so quick to return it when he was unable to find a transport for my car. I kept getting the run around. I finally asked for my deposit back and went with another company. I had to call him three times to get him to unlist the car on their site as listing it on 2 companies sites makes it very difficult to get a transport. The new company told me to not get off the line with him until he did it as it was as simple as a click of a button. So that's what I did. The other company had no issue getting me a transport and my car arrived safe and sound. **** passed me off to another person to get the refund, **** in accounting. After 4 weeks of excuses as to why he couldn't return the money quickly and tried to lower the amount each time we talked. Then he tried the guilt trip that it would have to come out of his pocket or ****** paycheck. I called the 888 number to speak to a supervisor,*****, who tried to tell me if I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I was not entitled to any refund. He then passed me off to *******. ******* was able to get the job done but it still took 2 days, numerous texts and phone calls. I did get the money back but had to make one or more phone calls EVERY day for a month to get that to happen. This is a summary of what went on. I would NEVER use this company again.Review fromAmber B
