      F*** Breezeline. Seriously.If you value consistent internet, Breezeline is the exact opposite of what you want. Outages are so frequent, it feels like the service barely exists more downtime than actual connectivity. Youre basically paying for ************** make things worse, their customer service is an absolute dumpster fire nightmare. Getting through is a chore, and when you finally do, youre met with rude, unhelpful **** who seem to have zero interest in solving your problems. Its like theyre trained to waste your time rather than fix anything.And dont even get me started on their infrastructure. Their own technicians seem to do more damage than good, tearing apart what little functional wiring there is and leaving the whole system in shambles. I literally watched a tech working on a riser, take the lid off, ***** it, finish whatever he was pretending to do, and leave. then it rained. no f****** wonder why breezeline ***** a** Its shocking that a company can be this careless and incompetent with the very backbone of their service.If you want reliable internet and decent customer care, look literally anywhere else. Breezeline is a dumpster fire from start to finish. You are better as using a carrier pigeon for internet traffic.

      I am thoroughly disgusted with this company! I have had consistent outages and I am always told that it is due my modem. I have a top of the line modem and it is up to date with the software. I started keeping track and since February the internet has gone out 33 times. Then when call them, you are put into a cycle of button pushing and holding for more than ***** minutes before you even get to speak to someone; then only to be told they will send a technician that never does anything to fix the situation. I work from home and to be in the middle of transactions having the internet consistently go out is bluntly A PAIN IN THE ****** Why do they get to have a monopoly? I as a consumer want to have a choice in my providers!!!!! Not to mention that their pricing for the higher speeds is beyond exorbitant compared to other companies. Someone on the board of utilities needs to address these issues/concerns. I am tired of people idly standing by and not doing anything.

      I have been a customer of this company a couple different times and the experience is always the same. The service works as expected until it doesn't. When you try to solve the issue that you are having with your internet, whether it be random disconnects/latency/noise in the line, the story is the same. You call for a technician, they send them in about a week if not more. If you're lucky the problem is solved with the minimal amount of effort. If not, be prepared for an endless cycle of tickets and service appointments that will amount to no change in your service. You can call customer service until you're blue in the face, the result will be the same. "Theres nothing more we can do". The company is in the business of providing Internet, they will market that their speeds and service are top quality, which is only true until a problem arises.

      5G internet but twenty year old cable? Doubt its faster than it was before upgrading.Customer service is ********** minutes with a chatbot.

      They run a business that charges outrageous prices and continually cut back on the product without reimbursement. Constantly losing internet access. Takes forever for the cable to come on. Never have I ever encountered such a lousy business. For most people this is the only choice. There is no competition so Breezeline takes full advantage of that fact. Prices continue to rise while taking away quality programming. They should get ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

      had to write to the *** about intermittent connectivity issues. if you type in their online chat help they can read what you write even if you dont press enter. pretty shady

      King ****** has had the worse service from ********* and now more then ever it we suffer with the Internet going in and out on a daily basis. being they are the only Internet service company in this county it feels like they are monopolizing taking our money, not providing good service and we have no other option. Some people work from home, rely on their Internet for the work we rely on our Internet to help our children with the homework freeze line up prices gets rid of channels without changing anything I call about my Internet service. I get told everything looks fine over there on their end and sit here with no Internet on mine.

      Their customer service phone system is abysmal. They take a long time to put you in queue. After a while, they tell you the wait is very long and offer to call you back assuring you that your place in line is assured. It’s been a week and no call…that’s quite a line. Terrible service.

      I had Breezeline internet 1gb for 4 months. I have had trouble with the speed from day 1. I contacted them which on average over 1hr hold time per call. Their troubleshooting was sup par a said they would put a tracker on my system for ten days to see if there was a problem and said they would call back. Twos later I called back to say what's up with my service and they stated there were issues with the modem and router which they just installed. So they said they would send a technician out so 3 weeks later tech installs a new modem and router and says there is all a issue with the line an would have to be fixed by the outside guy technician which he would be by tomorrow. So it appeared to work better for a week and then back to same problem lagging and buffering. So another ten day tracker on my modem and router which they state was sending errors again and recommended I get my own modem and router. I purchased a Hitron Coda56 modem per there recommendation and installed on there system. Which after 7hrs and 30mins they say that the modem is defective and have to get a new one. It was brand new out of the box... So I have been paying for 1.1gb of speed only to receive less than half of the speed for 16 days a month. Most the time my speeds were around 450mbs consistently unless I was running a speed test then they miraculously when up each time I ran the test, it got faster each time until I got to the speed I was supposed to be getting consistently!! So in fact the issue comes down to they are throttling my speed which is illegal but hard to catch. Do not purchase Breezeline unless your ok with inconsistent speeds and buffering which video chatting or watching your favorite tv show. As you will become frustrated quickly! Find another service as their customer service is horrible, and so is their internet speed which they clearly advertise consistent speeds just not what your paying for!!

      Breezeline is not a breeze for customers. False advertising. None of their agents are on the same page they all do things differently while having to wait over 30 minutes just to get through to someone. My bill has gone up compared to before and can never get in contact with anyone. I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor just to be told I would be contact ***** hours this place is ridiculous and unacceptable for customers.
