      Ever since they bought out wow in our area we constantly have connection issues. Impossible to reach customer service and when we do they tell us to just reset router. Was getting 1gig speed on wow and wont get over 200 now when it does work. Makes working from home a nightmare. Switching providers. Stay away from Breezeline

      Absolute worst customer service ever!!! ********************** is down multiple times per day. The agents just talk over you with no real help or solution.

      Breezeline is absolutely horrific, please do not use their services. I am paying them $100 for their highest speed at the moment since they took over WOW. I asked if we were eligible for the promotions where basically we get the same internet for $45 and I was told no. Yesterday I went to cancel their service and I was miraculously eligible all of sudden a day later to receive the promotion I was just told I didn't qualify for. This is just a small issue. The connection is in and out EVERY SINGLE DAY! Right now I'm going on 18 plus hours with no connection. Was told there was an outage only after they tried on their end to troubleshoot my issue and hard reset. Why are you trying to do all this and nothing works so all of a sudden you tell me there is an outage? I've been told there is an outage in my area almost daily. It's a poor excuse for the terrible service the provide. I check the site regularly and they have never shown an outage for my zip code. They tell you whatever appeases you if you can even get to that point in a conversation. I cannot even tell you the countless times I have been hung up on. Whoever owns this company needs to do better by their customers. Freezeline will be losing a customer to Spectrum tonight.

      They are the worst internet provider, there is constant outages with no valid explanation. Even when I have service I don't reach the speed I paid for or any consistent service. I had wow and breezeline doesn't compare to their services. Never again will I go through them.
