      This store is not equipped for modern living. The managers are strange, they make comments too like, "I am stealing your money."There are several workers there whom are disabled.

      The **** sells bad, expired meat to customers, and the store penalizes the employees who try to do the right thing by throwing it out. They only care about the money lost and not about the customers who can get sick. I am never purchasing meat from this location ever again.

      Today I went to store #*** in *****, ******** the I asker for $***** cash back from my debt card the cashier did not give a receipt or ***** and accuse me of lying. Since I get my receipt by email I asked to speak to a Manager she also said that maybe I drop the money floor or misplace it, sorry I would not lied about $***** is unreal. And to make matters worse all the about 4 cashier got involve. The next step was to call the District Manager waiting on their call.

      Dear BBB,I in the very best of good faith and honor returned a discounted in price $4.12 package of spoiled chopped me that my beloved and loving wife, best friend, and soulmate *** had but just hours ago in the morning to Stop and Shop, *********, ********** that very afternoon of the same said day!ONE: The cashier, "We do not give refunds on discounted items."TWO: Alas, the store manager was most antagonistic, insulting, disrespectful, derogatory, defaming and would not even examine the said spoiled meat! He made fun of my strong voice with which at birth I was given by God and which over many decades as proven a delight to my students in college and university and audiences coming to hear my lectures!THREE: The said store manager then said, "You are banned from the store" which, of course, meant that *** too was banned!THIS is no way to run a store, to treat a customer, or to consider SPOILED CHOPPED MEAT!*** and I have thus been traumatized!People are not and are not supposed to be banned in the ************************ WITHOUT Due Process of Law and Equal Protection of the Law and other civil rights doctrines and, of course, other legal rights!

      On, 01/05/25 around 12:25 PM, I went to stop and shop store #*** at ********. I have requested a money order for 1000 dollars and I was immediately denied service because I was using a ****** debit card and the person behind the counter "******* " said this debit card is not a ***** or *************** debit card and refused to serve me. The explanation was because they do not recognize this debit card as a famous bank issuer, they cannot accept this. I asked for the Manager and he said he will take care of me but i was waiting for 10 minutes and he disappeared and did not come back to help me out. If there was "0" stars, i would choose this rating because I was denied and dismissed because they want to accept certain debit cards.

      I believe that this company does not put their customers first, and when there is a transaction problem they are not willing to resolve the issue. I had an overcharge for an order, and the supervisor on duty would not take the time to print me a receipt nor give me a refund for the amount that was owed to me. He would not even consider checking his camera to investigate what happened on that particular day. I did not have my receipt, however he did not do anything to help me address this problem. I will not be using this market at all.

      It was bad enough when they didn't honor their coupons now they don't honor their gas points! At least 10 times they failed to honor ********* ******************************************************************** the app. I received over $20 at the service desk to receive my coupon discounts. S&S stands for steal & *******!!!

      I am trying to submit an order and it is telling me that I am blocked because I am a robot. There is no link to speak to a human and rectify this. It just blocked my entire IP address. No idea why or what to do.

      I faced a pretty bad experience today while shopping in Stop and Shop #*** at *********************************************************************************I tried to purchase a several varieties of Cabot Cheese on sale for $1.99 with digital coupon. Each variety had own price tag on the shelf saying that I have to purchase two packs of cheese with digital coupon to get $1.99 price per pack. Also each variety of cheese had own digital coupon online.I assumed that it applies to each variety of Cabot cheese on shelf and I can purchase 2 packs of chees for each variety.Unfortunately ********************** representative told me that I can purchase only two packs all together and only one digital coupon can be used per customer.. He did not accept my explanation that each variety should be treated separately since it has a different barcode, and for example ****** **** variety of Cabot Cheese is absolutely different from "Seriously Sharp". When I asked to show me where I can see in written an interpretation that I can purchase only two items and use only one digital coupon, I was told that "this is how store operates"; he could not produce any written prove of his words.I also tried to speak to a store manager ***** *****, but he was simply rude saying that he "does not have patience to explain it to me" he also requested me to leave the store which was absolutely rude.I assume that store has a certain rules to operate, but it should be spelled out in written for customers. Also the way store manager ***** ***** has communicated with me was absolutely unacceptable. I just cannot believe that such a rude person can work as a store manager

      Hi. I am writing this in regards to an online order I made for pick on 9/20/24. I called *********** around 7pm to confirm that my order was ready. I spoke to Rihana at the store ************************************. She asked for my last name. I told her my last name . She then told me my order would be ready at 8pm. I asked why does the app say I can pick up between 6:50-8pm and she said she was doing to orders. About ****** after the phone call ended. My order had been changed to pick up time 9am-10am the next day(9/21/2024). I called the store make sure my order would be ready because of the status of my order on the instacart order. I spoke to ****** again she said she didnt see my order but when I called a few minutes prior she asked my last name and told me when it would be ready. I believe that ****** lied and moved, dismiss or whatever you call it to the next day. I did speak to the manager9/20/24 but did not get her name. She gave me the number to make a complaint . She said she couldnt see my order but that was because my order was moved to the next day and she couldnt see tomorrows orders. Now I have to figure out what I am going to figure out how I will feed my 3 kids tonight. Very disappointed in the type of people you have working at this store.
