    Placed an order in August, found it was wrong part needed, called and emailed. unable to get a return authorization as they dont answer the phone and refer to email, did so, and they claimed my emails must not be working, so Fedexs part back on September 15,2022 and still no refund, only an email saying someone would contact me..I keep emailing them pbut no action. They apparently dont care about customer service.

    I ordered an upgraded carburetor for my mercury 9.9 . The firs one didn't work. They sent a second carburetor. That didn't work. Now I can't get a response from the company. I have sent multiple texts. They do not answer the phone. This has been going on for weeks. They were fast to answer when I was giving them money. This is a dad way to do business.

    We sent 2 carburetors, the original order and then a replacement per the customers request (we sell this carburetor multiple times a day and know they work).  Customer claimed first didn't work, then claimed second wasn't as good as theyd want it to be based on their research and wanted a 3rd carburetor.  We had already lost money on this order and it seems it wasn't going anywhere but additional lost money based off of questionable complaints.
