    The at home testing kit was easy to use. The diet was the hard part. Not being able to eat anything with flavor is hard. I drank more water and ate eggs, but I did break for chicken. I liked that I could decide the best tone to use the kit and make it work for my schedule. Directions were simple although I forgot to sign my form.

    I am really appreciate getting this kit from my Doctor,instead of driving 50 miles to a clinic in ******,***ait was much easier to do the test at home,instead of waiting 2 and half at the clinic.Thank you very much.

    ******** customer service if youd call it that . I tried calling multiple times to ask questions before taking the test and no one answered the phones . Just terrible I wouldnt recommend a company that Cant even answer the phone . I wander if they even processed my test correctly since they cant even answer the phone .

    SIBO testing that I had done on May 13 was a very simple process, instructions were easy to follow and delivery was all a very efficient endeavor. Results were relayed to myself approximately a week later and therefore could do the proper follow up. All in all a very easy procedure

    Good directions. Little confused over who needed to submit the CDI form for payment and analysis. Nurse was surprised to see that form included when they normally deal with it. Otherwise, totally fine.

    The instructions are presented in more than one way so that if you need clarification, you can read them in more than one place. I found that very helpful when I had some doubts.I also appreciated the communication once the test was completed. It was helpful to know each step of the process, such as when the test was received, when it was being processed, when the results were sent to the physician and when to expect to hear from the physician. So many other tests just leave you wondering and waiting.

    Easy to complete, but still no results. Results sent to doctor not patient, yet patient is the one paying.
