    Kit took forever to get here. Then when I completed the test I shipped back using their prepaid *** address label. I took forever to get to them and they claimed the test not durable because the length of time it took to get there. Terrible service.

    Hello *****, We understand that it is frustrating to receive an invalid result and potentially need to retest. *** does offer complimentary retesting for this reason. We also wanted to clarify that samples are viable for three weeks from collection and that the time in transit, eight days, was not the cause of your invalid result.     Contact with *** was wonderful. I received results from **** test within two days. The test was easy and instructions were clear. I did call because I had put garlic powder on potatoes and that was not allowed and had to restart the diet the next day. The help line was extremely helpful.

    The test arrived very quickly and couldnt have been easier to perform, as the written instructions were very easy to follow. The food choices for the pre-test diet were satisfying, but, with any elimination diet (even for 12 hours) its important to shop and plan ahead. I also used the menu suggestions online. My test kit was simple to pack up and return. I reached out to a representative with a question concerning insurance and was happy with that interaction. Overall, as medical testing goes, this was a positive experience.

    I found this test easy to handle although it was tough to go for 3 1/2 hours without food. The instructions were clear and easy to return. Test results came back fast. If you need to do this test, dont hesitate.

    This test was very easy to do. Great instructions and video on how to do it. They even stress for you to call them if you need any questions answered. This is a very nice company. Thank you for the help and easy test to do.

    My experience with *** went very well.When I called them on the phone for help, they were able to walk me through the process of how to provide the breath samples.I thought that the test kit results were done in a timely fashion, and I also received the information that I needed to know that same day. This is why I chose to give *** a five star rating.

    Our test was delayed by multiple weeks, thus delaying my diagnosis and prolonging the pain Ive been experiencing. Mailing kits out and mailing them back in seems to not be very efficient. It would be great if providers had these tests or if they were available more locally. Faster shipping service would also be great for people with acute symptoms. Overall this resulted in 3-4 weeks of unnecessary symptom progression in my case. The test, overall, was easy to follow and take. I have not yet seen a copy of my results - however. These should be shared with the patient.

Upon return of your samples, results were reported to your physician within our standard turnaround of 1-2 business days. If they have not received the report, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience to have it resent. You are also eligible to obtain a copy directly with the completion of a HIPAA release form. Thank you.
