  Really great experience. The company called to see if I needed any help after getting my test in the mail. The instructions were easy to follow and the steps very clear.

  I initially had to call this company twice to get the test because I never received the test my doctor ordered. The first call, I was told their records show the test was delivered to my home via ***** I have informed delivery with **** and never received notice this item was expected. The representative told me they would send another test, but that was never received after waiting another week and a half. After a second call to track the test, the representative said he had no record they sent a second test. I suggested Id like to file a complaint regarding the missing items, and asked for the mail tracking numbers. I finally received it in the mail, nearly one month after the original doctors order. I took the test and mailed it back the same date via *** (they supplied label). I checked the tracking to find the test was received at CDI four days later. After another week without results, I called CDI who claimed they sent the results to my doctor. My doctors office stated they never received the test, so I made a fourth call to CDI to request they re-send the results to my doctor. Two days later, my doctors office advised *** stated my results were invalid and they would send me another test kit because CDI claimed they received my test outside of the two week window. That is simply a lie, and completely contradicts the *** delivery tracking. Im still waiting to receive the replacement test. I did note that each of my phone calls to CDI are recorded. And they solicited me to write this review to give them a few kind words. I just wish I had a choice to use another lab company, as it was ordered by the doctor. Terrible and frustrating experience. Zero stars

  We do apologize for the delay in receiving your test kit. We have relayed via email to you that a kit was shipped and the **** tracking showed the kit as delivered. A 2nd kit was shipped out to you as soon as the need was made known. Additionally, the paperwork for the test kit returned to us had an error in the date of collection which created the false "past two weeks" notice to be sent out. As you have clarified the date of collection, our lab team is revising the report to be resent to your physician. Again, We apologize for the inconveniences and we are working to have this corrected for you as was relayed to you.

  Hello ********, thank you for the wonderful review. We're glad you were able to get a copy of your results quickly, however they are always released to the physician first.

  Test didnt come back within 2 weeks. No one contacted me and didnt have any info to contact the company if they even received the test or not

  **************** was very responsive to my questions. Results came 7 business days after I mailed the samples. The test results provided *************** for my childs medical care.

  1. Received test in box with a note..if this was sent to your house don't fill out enclosed form.2. At the 2 weeks point of my test they wouldn't disclose results to my doc without the aforementiond form.3. They then sat on my results an extra week.4. Test comes with a warning must return sample within 10 days of taking it or results may be skewed. by their own dating...sample received 11/10..results not given to 11/28. I have NO faith in the results AND I now own them $100

  Hello Lys,As you have spoken with our **************** Representatives who have attempted to clarify these points previously, I will summarize. The instructions in the kit state that you only do not need to complete the provider portion of the paperwork in the kit if the test was mailed to your home due to having the physician information from the order. It is also stated that you ARE required to complete the patient information and include your insurance. As this was not done, the completed result report could not be sent to your provider until the necessary information was retrieved from you/your provider's office. Samples are always processed on arrival. There is no delay in testing because of the 14-day viability period. Your results are accurate. Thank you
